Bungie does know how to make trailers and how to hype up a game. But that’s there biggest problem. They hype it up, just for it to fall flat. I think final shape might be a little different mainly because we haven’t got much leaked on it. Bungie does have a problem with leaking basically everything in their streams, leaving very little for us to explore.

bungies already done horror with the Flood but Destinys story isn’t as good as Halos
That’s true, but I feel the story part isn’t as good because Bungie messed up the story early for Destiny. All of the incredible moments are normally on lore tabs that you have to read in-game on weapons or exotic pieces lol. It could’ve been amazing, though. I’m hoping Final Shape redeems some of it, though. Truly.

Will be cool if the wipe mechanic is it turning the arena into its final shape and everything starts to get frozen in the witnesses eyes. Once your out of time the final shape is done and it’s a wipe
Asking about what is happening we don’t know if it’s a vision or not but that is the final shape being enacted by the witness.
"What is happening" is also an expression used to express shock or incredulousness at a situation. Context is important, but in this case, it's not meant to be taken literally. In short... yeah man. We know it's The Witness. It's just wild to see it actually enacted. Hence, the "what's happening" response. Thanks for watching, man.

😂😂😂 there is a LOT of extra lights and such, but they got settings for that mostly. But to answer your question, from what we’ve seen, it’s the ability to combine everything that can proc new powers. It looks nuts, but we’re about two weeks out from it. We’re gonna find out if it works like they say soon 😂

This feels like they are giving us a bunch of stuff that we asked for so that when they drop Destiny 3 after the final shape we'll be more willing to switch. Which is what they kinda did at the end of destiny to destiny 2. Though i will probably most likely pre-order it cause I hate myself
All Destiny 2 players hate themselves in some form. It’s ok, man. D3 feels a bit like copium for me personally, but the argument odds for D3 makes more and more sense as time plays out.
Hear me out. What if D3 is prequel Destiny and each season you can play as a different guardian through history. You can play through the lore of ursa furiosa AS Bjorna-3. I know prequels are easy and overdone but honestly what could be more Bungie “new content is hard” Studios

I wouldn't say desperate Bungie is the best Bungie mainly because these developers are trying though. It isn't as if they are a lazy bunch unwilling to improve the game. Often times it's the higher ups that don't let them because they don't see the profit in it compared the amount of money they would have to invest. From a business point of view I somewhat understand that perspective because you need to make profit otherwise your company dies. In this case I'd say forced Bungie is a better Bungie. It went downhill once they split from Acitivison. Making D2 a continuously updated live service game was a bad idea and I feel like the higher ups at Bungie were willing to milk it dry and discard it. But I think that Sony sees value in the franchise. Also there is some speculation that D3 is being made which I highly hope is true.

So to be clear, companies 100$ product is broken and employees confronted company about how to fix it and company refuses to fix the 100$ product and falls short of projected sales on broken 100$ product then terminates employees for falling short on projection sales and you call that business? I call that failure! That in no way makes good business sense, at all. A successful business sells people a good product, one that people want and the people return for more products this making more money for said business, that’s a business plan.

Enjoyed hearing your input. IMO while streamers run their own small business, most seem to have no real understanding of executive practices or business acumen for a Traded company, even a privately traded one like Bungie. That is ok as it isn't their job or desire to. I think most people are being unrealistic, and to me as a former Exec., ridiculous for their expectations. I agree this executive team at Bungie should have been course corrected by whatever mean necessary over a year ago. We are not in the position with the knowledge or understanding of the company's plans. Without that knowledge no one could make informed decisions about how to proceed. However, it is blatantly obvious they have handled this situation exactly as you described it. Hell they handled it so poorly it is laughable and their competitors are celebrating as they watch the dumpster fire burn. Mass layoffs are only fesable for cost savings, and usually in an effort to stem bleeding of resources. Which is almost always due to bad management of resources. If Bungie were a publically traded company, they would be looking at a hostile takeover any day. As it is, SONY may look to chopping them up and selling them off. This is speculation though and I don't want to dwell there. Thanks for the video

man i just want destiny to be exciting and fresh again. everything has gotten so stale and boring. all this drama and outrage is fueled by a general sense of discontent with the game. I really want to hope that final shape will be good and that the delay will allow them to polish it, but holy hell does it feel like its impossible.
