    Finding out that only vegetable diets are increasing the rate of heart issues. This the best borsht, adding beef to it is amazing.

    Hi there. Good vid. Just one note - I've learned that Tumeric must be heated to best activate and also best consumed with a milk product to allow the fats to digest its powerful health benefits. I've found adding it to my coffee in the morning with half and half really does the trick. Best.

    Please abstain from advising about legumes and digestion. People may have allergies or may be sensitive to lectins. Eating more beans or on a daily basis as you suggest may only create unnecessary health problems . Read up on lectins and Dr Gundry’s advice. Thumbs down on your comment. If you can’t digest it that’s an important message from your body and you need to listen.
