  Arshad , yet it is performance security not certificate .. my bad In flow I was mentioned it as performance certificate from the Contractor .. usually Performance certificate is the document from employer which is to be released upon completion of DLP

  It could be tongue slip .. performance security is the one .. performance certificate is the last certificate
