Statement at Completion - The statement to be submitted by the Contractor after TOC is issued it should reflect the total amount payable to Contractor (with 84 days from TOC it should be submitted )
The total Payable as per Contract , variations , claims all to be listed in this statement.
Discharge Letter -
It is a letter issued by Contractor to Employer after completing the defect Liability period , within 21 days after receiving performance certificate Contractor to submit the discharge letter stating that the amount in the final statement reflect the total amount due to Contractor from Employer.
EOT provisions in the Contract
If any delay which is not because of Contractor issues should be compensated and EOT provision allows that.
Liquidated damage
Genuine pre estimate of damages going to suffer by Employer in case of delay of the completion , usually calculated based on the potential revenue , potential damages to be paid to tenant's etc
