For snow crab and lobster you have to stand in line and they will serve half a lobster and a small cluster of crab legs. You may have to wait a little while sometimes if they run out and wait for more to be ready. Lame? No. This way you are guaranteed to get something. If they just placed it out there for a free for all then good luck because there is always that embarrassing asian lady that will come running and take it all and make other asians look bad.

I always feel nervous when people spend this amount of money for multiple dishes this size. I'd always feel like do i get some McDonald's afterwards? but all looked amazing Tim.

I think in other countries there are laws about filming others who does not want to be and In some you have to get written consent to place them on videos we the only country that I know as long as we in public we can be film.. But maybe it's out of respect for others I never place someone that said no or anyone under age that's called respect.

The tasting menu foods looked wonderful and nice variety. Didn't like some the clunky serving dishes. Bread and butter service should have a place for the knife. Thought of you today. Watched a YT Palin's Kitchen. She is a Thai cook I enjoy. Today she did something different and showcased the chef at Baan Lao, located in Thai Trade Centre in Vancouver. Since it is in your area thought I'd let you know in case you have not heard of it. Thai fine dining. Hello from sunny Corvallis Oregon.
