He needs to get them to carve off something besides what the have hidden under the napkin. The carvers are guarding the best cut . I would carve my own piece and get the bone too.

Wow the lobster looked so delicious Tim! All the food looked so good, but nothing beats lobster with warm butter 😍

Just wish these people that film buffets would show the entire buffet and not just what they like. Especially the eating of what they like . There are a hundred or more thar film buffets but you never see the entire selection, It's just watching. Them eat what they like.

Tim, I have watched you many times, and this time, I did have to laugh, because I don't think I have ever seen you make such a face, over a particular food. But when you go to these beautiful buffets, you are always so polite, and really try to make the best of something, that wasn't as good as you thought. Looking at some of the foods, you make me hungry, lol. Especially the lobster, prawns, crab, and clams. Thank you for showing us another wonderful place,. I hope you have a Wonderful Christmas, if we don't see you before.

What an absolute treat to see something that looks so wonderful, such exceptional food. In England seafood is not that size by far & we certainly do not have buffets resembling anything like that. I enjoyed watching every second of your video even though I may never get to try it, it looked like pure heaven. Thank you so much, from a seafood fan, again another wonderful lip smacking video. 😋

What, crab and lobstered out? This buffet looks excellent. I love the sea bass with sauce. Do you know what the mystery fish was? Well done deboning it. You could moonlight. Lamb shank looked tough. Gravy helps a lot. The atrium is beautiful. The look on your face I immediately knew it was durian!!! I don’t blame you. At least you had the coffee and other sweets. Thank you for sharing. I love your videos. 😊

They had a entire rib roast and the guy pulls out what looks like a piece of pork loin and slices it . He should demand a piece of what they have displayed ,not a piece of loin hidden under a napkin With no bone .

Tim thanks for showcasing this Buffet I've eaten in it twice during Christmas weekend in 2016 and it was great and I've been to Singapore seven times. Hi Tim, my son finally got Vessi shoes and socks 4 days ago. There were a little twists and turns when I ordered them. For some reason when I clicked on “placed order” the zip code was not the one that I entered and I did not double-check. As a result, FedEx shipped to the same street address but with different zip code. The good thing is the receiver was honest enough to text my son and told him he would send it back to FedEx. So, I contacted the Vessi support team on 12/28; Michael from Vessi responded quickly and resend the package at once with the correct address. I just wanted to let you know that my son loves the products (he said it is very comfortable). I appreciate Michael and Vessi for the good products and services. What a happy ending!!

At the 30 second mark of your intro, I had a strong feeling that it was durian fruit that you tasted and didn't like. I never tasted this fruit myself. Not too many people enjoy this fruit because of the taste and smell, I guess you are one of them. That being said, another classy buffet video, not from Vegas, but from Singapore. Vegas is really over hyped when it comes to buffets, you've proven to us all how great other buffets are around the world in this video, and how great the customer service is. Bravo Tim, keep exploring these gem buffets for us. Season Greetings!

Even the best Buffet eaters can have an off day decision making with all the rice 🍚 🤣🤣🤣🤣. But all the other food choices were spot on. Maybe the Durian dessert excluded. The setting though was amazing... another great reason to visit Singapore 🇸🇬

Yeah, I do ask for permission to take pictures and video, before going in, so they typically arrange things a little bit differently. I do try to make sure that the experience is as normal as possible, but it is a little bit difficult when they see you with the camera.😉

A few places were kind enough to offer to comp the meals, but as a general rule, I don't accept any comps or freebies from the places I visit. Everyone there were such good sports and that's all I could ask for 🙂

Poor Tim! When you tried that roll dessert and made that face, my first guess was that there was banana in it. Durian was my second guess. Would banana have been the lesser of two evils? 😊

@lornahardin4563 I had to use Google to find a good description. "Durian is a tropical fruit distinguished by its large size and spiky, hard outer shell. It has a pungent smell, custard-like flesh with large seeds." Fortunately, I've never smelled one. The smell is described as similar to sweaty socks, sulfur, rotten onion, garbage, and sewer. Because of the odor there are many places where it's not allowed. I hope that helps. 🤧

Acquired taste to most who are not used to durian, it smells pungent but the fruit is super creamy, sweet and sometimes slightly bitter. I encourage you to try when you have the chance. There is a good reason why asians can pay a lot of money to eat a good durian (musang variety)
