To put the importance of nutrition into perspective -- those with low vit D3 during covid were the ones most often hospitalized, put on ventilators and the ones who passed away. Many were people with dark skin as in blacks and hispanics are often vit d3 deficient. Not that light skinned people can't be low in vit D3, but melanin found more in the skin of dark people hinders vit d3 absorption, hence people with dark skin have built-in natural sun block and the reason they burn less and tan more, but they were the ones more likely to get more severe cases of covid due to low vit d3. Also, anyone who was obese during covid had more severe covid because obesity can also affect vit d3 levels. Anyway nutrition absolutely does matter and as much as we try to eat nutritious food to increase our daily optimal nutrients, it can still be quit hard, so supplementing is very important and helpful. Don't underestimate your body's chemistry and it's needs. You have to be your own and best advocate as most doctors will not teach you this. This is a good video and truthful -- do more research on tocotrienols -- he is not the only one talking about this. Another example most people do not know-- iron and calcium supplementation are about the 2 nutrients to research first before taking. Unless your doctor prescribes it for like heavy menstrual or internal bleeding, take cautiously and best in food form. Same with calcium food form best and not good in supplement form as can deposit in soft tissue of the body. Learn about the triad synergy of vit D3, K2 and magnesium also. Nutrition does matter and you need to stay positive, hopeful and keep learning what is best for your needs based on your unique health status.

I've been taking it for nine months and saw improvement at 3-4 months which decreased my long Covid fatigue. Some clinical trials are under way currently. I think I have the adrenal cortisol rollercoaster stage 2…based on your symptoms test in your book. I just recently had another crash because I moved and the stress depleted me.. so past 3 days I’m tired and sleepy throughout the day and increase in inflammation. Feel like low cortisol past days. Just last week I was high cortisol, more energy and insomnia at night. It’s up n down for months. 1 month ago I had it more stabilized and balanced and was feeling better for 3 whole weeks with symptoms almost down to nothing. Then crash! More stress happened and fell out of my rhythm. P.S I was not even taking any supplements during that improvement just doin thru anti inflammatory diet, massages and good sleep hygiene. I did my saliva cortisol test and looks like a rollercoaster. I have both. Trying to do your protocol and about to start to work with a functional medicine doctor who specializes in adrenal fatigue like u..

I have IBS, hormone disorders, and I’m prediabetic. Cutting out wheat products improved my body so much and reversed my pcos symptoms, and I haven’t even totally cut dairy. I think wheat is such a problem bc it has to be processed to extent to be desirably eaten. Then it’s usually stripped (if not whole wheat although still processed) to a point and it has to be enriched. The synthetic chemicals used in wheat I think aids in all these health issues as well. I think I have a gluten sensitivity although I dont have celiac disease. I’ve seen Gastro docs, nutritionist and all for years and avoiding wheat has helped me dramatically.

Dairy should be avoided too. Casein can mimic gluten. The casein protein is also very structurally similar to gluten, so the same molecular mimicry that triggers an attack when you eat gluten can also occur when you eat casein from dairy, initiating an autoimmune response. In fact, roughly 50% of those with gluten intolerance are casein intolerant as well.

@@Baby-Dont-Hurt-Me-007 Neurological effects of gluten intolerance - The best-characterized neurologic complication related to gluten sensitivity is ataxia, now termed “gluten ataxia”. Gluten ataxia is characterized by positive anti-gliadin antibodies, changes in the cerebellum, and ataxic symptoms including upper or lower limb ataxia, gait ataxia, and dysarthria. What does gluten do to your brain? The University of Otago researchers hypothesized that gluten-induced hypothalamic inflammation can lead to brain damage, body weight gain, and impaired blood glucose regulation. In turn, these conditions may increase the risk of impaired memory function.

This severe 1000 times overdose recommended is highly dangerous what this Functional Medicine doctor is doing. In this video he incorrectly displays a dosage of 100nmol/ml but which should be 100nmol/litre. This is therefore 1000 times greater what this doctor is recommending n is therefore highly irresponsible of him because he is recommending a dosage of 1000 times more than upper safe dosage n which can lead to a massive severe Vitamin D toxity because Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin. Yup, no joke I wanted to go get assisted suicide done at the hospital. Suffered for 5 years. acne, insomnia, extreme paranoia, severe anger(I’d even take it out on random people I didn’t even know), arthritis, depression that felt like I was coming off of cocaine, loss of memory(extremely nerve racking), pain in the left side of my brain behind my eye, I was convinced I had a brain tumor….guys and girls I’ve only been free of it for 2 weeks and these symptoms have already started improving like crazy. I’ve had a few days where I just sat there and started crying cuz of how messed up my life’s been these last 5 years and these last 2 weeks have been pure bliss compared to the 5 years. I really hope this gets even better and I can find a partner in my life one day cuz this definitely affected that big time. God bless you all, stay the ef away from gluten please.

I have struggled with migraines, dizziness, anxiety, and stomach issues for years, and doctors could not pinpoint the cause. Recently I had blood work and had high cholesterol and high sugar. I was shocked. I had never had this before. I also have severe osteoporosis. I took it upon myself to completely change my diet. I stopped eating sugar and high cholesterol foods. I started to feel better but still had some symptoms. I saw this video and realized that gluten may be the culprit. I'm a vegan, so I was eating whole wheat everything.... pasta, bread, and cereal because I thought it would be healthier. I have stopped eating anything with gluten and I can't believe the difference. I feel like I have my life back! I'm following up with my doctor and neurologist but thank you so much for this info!! 😊😊.
