Itne barey harami hein k aik dafa me ney inke office me ja ker kaha k NMC Gujar Khan me rate ko revise q nahi kia aur sirf itni ziada development cost ko impose kia hai, jiski waja se initial investor var gaya ha... kamino ne jawab dia k NMC ke business strategy mein revised rates wala concept nhi ha, aur woh sirf one fix rate par believe karte hein...
