I would like to make a recommendation Rather then twisting arms of those clients who are paying them on time They should prefer incentives for these clients by offering them better locations or anything But these are doing inverse they are offering better discounts and locations for those who are late comers Which creates a negative impact Jab koi new policy ya discount aata hai log yehi khty hain k wait karo iss se behter offer den ge nmc waly Also they should align their call centre reprentative with dha office customer services their is always a miscommunicatio pr denial They say ap ko call centre walon ne verbally bola hai hum kch nahi keh sakty Also they dont update the commited discounts on ledger

I don't agree with you brother. You are justifying the poor performance of this investment but not addressing the main issue, which is the trust deficit between the investors & allottees and NMC. They jave time and again disappointed those who invested with their strange policies and greed. Twisting the arm of those who invested earlier to get more n more money in less time which intern resulted in the current status.

Thank you for your opinion brother. I do agree with you but every project is doing the same thing , take any project & see what they do. Every project offers you to pay full amount and choose plot at better location. I come across so many people who are victim of Bahria town , DHA but still these projects are considered most reliable housing projects.If economic condition of the country would’ve better thn we might not have been discussing this bcoz investors and clients would be happy with their profits & it happened in new metro city kharian sector 1. Obviously after NMC gujar khan things got different and every project rather every business is going through similar situation. I hope you got my point , thanks again for your feedback.
