They didn't deliver Gujjar Khan, they didn't deliver Mandi Bahaudeen and they will not deliver NMC Lahore. I invested a fortune in NMC but they didn't deliver and after 2 years I am in net loss of 60-70%. They are arrogant they will slap big development charges and will call and text you daily for payment without showing results on ground. Remember they might work fast on some early blocks just to attract investors and will keep large portion of that area for themselves. Once they take your fortune then they will start another project leaving you no where. This video is really really important, I wish someone had told me these stuff before I invested in NMC. You will have to pay the cost of land and then you will have to pay development charges which will be around 2.5 million for 5 and 7 Marla.

It's the price that you will have to pay twice I guess, and it will be around 4-5 lac for 5 Marla.
