Hows thw trigger?
The trigger is okay, I would rather have it than a Glock Trigger. Thanks for supporting the channel
My Canik TTI had 15-20% of rounds FTRTB. I sent it to Century Arms 8 weeks ago for warranty service (at their expense) and just got it back. They replaced the extractor spring, installed a stiffer recoil spring assembly, and polished the barrel ramp. I ran 250 rds through it yesterday with no problem. Ignore all the weenies who say these TTI malfunctions are due to limp-wristing and you should expect a new pistol to malfunction until you’ve “broken it in” etc. A new gun should work, period. Don’t accept less.
I am so glad that they got it working! I hope I am so lucky. It is such a cool gun, I think we would all be happy if they "run" I am going to do another video when I get mine back to let people know how it works out for me.
The gun used to try to assassinate. Reagan was not exactly like that. The gun he used only had an inch and a 1/2 barrel, it was a stubby that was a 22 piece of garbage.

Does anyone know how to tell what year these were made by the serial number
I have never had any success trying to get those records. Sorry. Thanks for supporting the channel
The purpose of this isnt for a toy, even if its plastic if it shoots then it can defend your life if you ever need it, would give you more advantage in a home defense situation. PCCs are good for homedefense.
Good points! Thanks for supporting the channel!
Gettin one for my taurus g2c, with the micro red dot and advanced kit.
Where from ? Do you have to register them
@@TherealSteppa-xt2vs no these are simply attachments to the pistol so they don't have to be registered, I wouldn't register them either way.
@@TherealSteppa-xt2vs and you can Google mck kit for whatever gun you want. Like I typed in mck for taurus g2c and a bunch of different websites pop up, make sure you shop around and check out multiple sites to figure out what your really wanting and to help get you the best deal.
You will love it for sure!
Very informative video! I learned about STI from a friend last year. I did some research of my own, bought a Staccato in January of this year and followed up with 3 more Staccato’s. My friend passed away and I had an opportunity to purchase his STI Ranger II in 9mm. Any idea the value of a Ranger II in 95%+ condition? Box and papers was included.
Sorry to hear about your friend. You, amd his family will be in our prayers. Price is so varied from place to place. Here in Kansas I would try to get 600-800 dollars. Thanks for supporting the channel
It's a very good gun imo but it's just a little heavy if u don't have a holster
It is a heavy gun for sure! Thanks for supporting the channel!
Just picked up mine last week. What ammo were you using? I’m going to run 115 grain blazer brass. It does say on the box not to use their ammo with a compensated barrel 😂
Let me know how yours runs. I know some have had no issues with their's amd many have had to send their's back. One guy sent it back and already has it back no better than before. Mine is back to CANiK. They did not fight me at all. So please reach back out to let me know how yours does.
Wow that not cool. The only time I sent a handgun back to the manufacturer was because I over oiled them. I will definitely let you know how it runs. I kinda jumped the gun on this handgun 😂. I like to wait about a year or two before I make a purchase so the company can iron out issues.
Me too! Should have waited but it just looked so darn cool. Releasing a video on how to return it to Century Arms, hope yoy dont need it@chadumlauf5145
waiting for the toro model
With them just bringing in the overruns, I don't know if they have a plan to make a T.O.R.O. I hope they do though!
Thanks for sharing. I was just looking for a light for my p10f
My pleasure. Thanks for supporting the channel
Thanks for the content i really enjoyed the video I have a question I have a cz p10s and I'm thinking about puting this optic on it 1. Do you think this would be a good fit or is it more for like a glock 19 or 17 and 2. Did the plate for the CZ come with it or do I have to buy that separate and do I have to buy the mounting screws aswell
I am not am expert on the CZ p10s but I would guess it needs a dot that has the RMSc footprint. Not the RMR. With CZ you usually have to buy a plate, but the plate will come with the screws you need.
awesome thank you have a good weekend my friend
Canik Turkish all Turkish gun the are Garbace Junk craps trash 👎👎👎👎
Canik Turkish gun all Turkish gun the are Garbace Junk pis craps 👎👎👎👎
Just inherited one. Thanks for the info.
They are great guns, and such cool history. I just picked up a new one and am going to do a better video on a cleaner one.
@@theBucketshallnotbeinfringed Nice man! I look forward to that and will keep an eye out for it.
The only thing from holding me back on this is an easy take down, most have said it’s extremely difficult. What was your experience? Good review, thanks!
I love this gun. The take down is a little more difficult, and is one of the few short comings of this pistol. But once you learn the tricks it is a breeze. I would recommend this to anyone. kzread.info/dash/bejne/c4qMlqOxd9y8drA.html Thanks for supporting the channel!
@@theBucketshallnotbeinfringedgood to know, thanks bud!
Sig sex appeal and steel rails I love that gun I got two
They are such an underrated firearm for sure! Thanks for supporting the channel
had same issue, trimmed the extractor spring and that took care of the issue for me. zero malfunctions after that with 3 different mags and stock recoil spring.
That is great info! I sent mine back to see how Century Arms/ CANiK does it fixing the issue. If they can't figure it out I will give it a try!
Who’s making holster for that light tho
You would probably have to have one made.
I just got one on gunbroker for just under 700, grips pretty worn 1978 model, buffer was80% gone and mush, replaced with a new one, will shoot soon.
You will love it! Such a great firearm! Thanks for supporting the channel.
Please let me know how you make out.
I will, I am going to do a video on the process they make you go through. And then I will do a video on what happens when it comes back. Do you mind if I use your comment in my video so people know there are problems.
I live in Massachusetts the gun had to go back thru an FFL and my expense. FFL fees and shipping.
Let me know how much additional expenses you have put into it, and I will try to put that in the next video.
I have one that is the same as yours's failure to return to battery and also failure to fire. I just got it back from the factory and it has the same problems. They gave me no explanation of repairs just a parts list that says they replaced the striker assembly and recoil spring. The outside of my slide looks somewhat like yours I believe this is just poor craftsmanship. The turnaround on the non-repair was 4 weeks. When it comes back from repair it comes with another spring heavier than all the springs and this is supposed to take care of the failure to return to battery. It doesn't.
I am so sorry that you are going through all this. Are you going to send it back again?
Own Three of them. Great holsters. Thanks for sharing
They are great holsters. Thanks for supporting the channel!
The TTI I handed at the store had the same looking finish as yours.
I called and they said that is by design. When explained it was on the front left slide serrations a little on the front right amd none on the back they said that was wrong. Then I told them about the over 10% failure rate and they said someone will reach out tomorrow. Let's see if they do.
that's awful! i hope you can get it fixed!
Yeah, I hope they are good and get it taken care of quickly. I am going to do a video documenting the process so people know how Century Arms and Canik take care of there issues.
For the price you paid it should run , and there shouldn't be a finish issue. A couple of weeks ago @garageguy879 had a kel-tec p17 that he bought and it had issues. Two of my friends have the same gun with no problems. Hope the get you gun fixed and back to you quickly
Thank you so much for your wishes. I called them today and they said "the shadow" is intentional but said it not having shadow throughout is not right. They made it sound like I am not the only person with TTI problems. I will do another video explaining how the return process goes. Hopefully they will quickly take it back amd get it running for me. Thanks for your kind wishes amd supporting the channel.
God speed
Thank you so much. God speed to you and your family!
bad qc
For sure. Which is sad for about a thousand dollars. I am going to do another video on the Warrenty process.
Sorry..I hate that.
What do you hate?
@theBucketshallnotbeinfringed having trouble with a new gun. I bought a ruger max 9 and a new trigger. Put in new trigger and found out it had a bad striker...had to take out trigger to get a new striker by sending back in.
That is awful. I am sorry you had to go through all that. @@Rumpleskin
@@theBucketshallnotbeinfringed on the bright side..I installed it faster the second time..lol
Let’s not forget these are Turkish guns. As with Turkish shotguns and as such the the quality is C+ at best.
Yeah I have had such good luck with all my Turkish guns. This was a real letdown. I have a video dropping tonight talking about the over 10% failure rate. Thanks for supporting the channel
Good video straight to the point looks like a good shooter I paint my front sites nail polish lol old school works great.I got a Llama 38 misfires 1 or 2 every 6 shots with all ammo so far wore out hammer spring maybe gun looks 90% cond. My Rossi 22 shoots way better.
Thank you! It is so good. RG has a bad name, but this revolver was quality. Thanks for supporting the channel!
I've shot the tp9sfx and it was a good feeling gun in the hand and shot well . I like all the extras you get with them, especially if someone is starting out .
CANiK makes good stuff usually I had over a 10% failure rate at the range today. So there will be another video about the poor performance tomorrow. Starting the warranty process right now.
@@theBucketshallnotbeinfringed that's rough , it sucks when a new gun doesn't run properly
They did that by design
Okay, it is strange to me as they have it like that in some parts of the slide serrations , but not the others. Took it to the range today and had 13 failures out of 100 rounds. Addressed that the slide serrations may have been intentional. Thanks for supporting the channel
Yea mine has it on both sides ..what grain rounds were you shooting try the other spring should fix your issue.
@Big3rwin I was shooting 115 grain. Manual specifically said do not use the Low spring for ammo at 1500 fps.
The shadowing on serrations are on everyone by design, They announced it before release.
They did the shadowing to one side, but not the other?
@@theBucketshallnotbeinfringed odd for sure, I have it on both sides of the 2 I have
@@desertdweller8981 Yeah my rear slide serrations have none. There is just a faint hint of them on the right, and very pronounced on the left. Took it to the range and had over a 10% failure rate. Failure to go into battery, light primer strikes, and gouged projectiles. I have a lemmon for sure. Quality control was awful on this one. We will see how long Canik and Century Arms takes to make it right. More videos to come@desertdweller8981
@@theBucketshallnotbeinfringed must have been made on a Fri. at 4:45pm, sorry to hear it, I have only shot one of mine bout 300 rounds PMC Defense Dynamics and Fiocchi. knock on wood not a single mishap
Very nice offering and share as nice to know they offer it since all the extra goodies....Good stuff....
Took it to the range today. Over a 10% failure rate. There will be a new video out tomorrow explaining it's performance. Starting the warranty process now
@@theBucketshallnotbeinfringed No bueno as sum ting wong....
@scottf.3808 yeah, I got a Lemmon. It happens. Watch the video tomorrow and it will explain it in detail. Now I will get to do videos on the process of returning a firearm for maintenance. So glass is half full
@@theBucketshallnotbeinfringed 👍👍👍👍
The shadows on the serrations are made like that from the factory 🤷♂️
Nice light on with the Cyelee.
That Dot is the CV Life. It is a great package. Thanks for supporting the channel!
Lakeline LLC carries no components for this model. Where can someone purchase replacement & upgrade parts?
This is a new design, so upgrades and replacement parts are very limited at this time. Let's hope more support comes with increased popularity! Thanks for supporting the channel!
You can get 2 of these and ammo for the price of 1- Glock 19X
The only reason it's 4oz heavier is because the bubits action is very robust and has extra metal to it!!!
It is built stronger for sure!
You can get 2 of these and ammo for the orice of 1- Glock 19X
They have been on sale recently for as low as 210 dollars!!!
Talk about mounting, MOA ?
It is a 3moa dot. Thanks for supporting the channel!
Thank you sir 👍 I missed that.
I love my ds carry. Put the first 250 rounds through it today. Ran flawlessly. Cleaned it and oiled it and it's running like a Swiss watch. Serious fun for less than $650. Deserves the light, optic and holster I bought for it
Love their holsters, now I HAVE to check out the lights
They are really cool lights at an even cooler price. Thanks for supporting the channel!
Looks like a decent cheaper light , I like the moonlight , so you're also not blinding yourself.
It is a very competitive budget light. And you get premium options on a budget light!
Nice set up....Good stuff....
Thanks. And thanks for the continued support!
This is probably the best KZread video out there on the MAB Model D telling its history and practical take down instructions. Thank you and well done!
Thank you so much! It is one of my favorite videos. Thanks so much for supporting the channel!
I have a Huntsman just like that. I don't really fire it anymore due to how rare and expensive they're getting, but it's a fantastic firearm for multiple purposes. The 6" barrel allows for some fairly high velocities and improved accuracy, makes it perfectly viable as a hunting pistol.
I agree with all your points. I love Colts blue as well. Thanks for supporting the channel.
