  16:10 'If men don't ejaculate for a month then they're busting...' That's not true. Did you follow a single man around for a month to verify that they never ejaculated, and that this has made them horny? Do you think any scientist has? Then why did you say this so confidently? A lot of women wrongly believe this stereotype because men commonly lie to women about needing to bust (e.g. to guilt them into sex), while others are just joshing with hyperbole. The truth is arousal works the exact same way in all genders, which is why reports by men and women who stay on nofap for weeks dovetail. If the person, man or woman, had an addiction there might be a boost in arousal in the first few days, even nocturnal orgasms. But everything starts to shutdown and by a month is almost completely gone and out of mind if busy doing something else. Every man who told you they're about to explode is flat out lying. It doesn't work that way at all for any man. Every man who said this knows that all they have to do is distract themselves with a video game, movie etc. and the arousal and erection fade away. Blue balls only exists because they refuse to stop fostering their arousal. They also know that if they abstain for a week or so things start fading. Arousal without erotic thoughts doesn't exist. No man or woman is spontaneously aroused. Porn addicts only have persistent arousal because they watch so many erotic videos that they reverberate in their heads, just like when you listen to the same song over and over again.

  Yeah I have to agree with dairy that it is difficult to quit but it’s must if you want to feel better :) cheese is very addictive and inflammatory for your body so let it go!! Good luck :)
