How long did these bulbs last? I've heard some people say they've had to change them within or shortly after a year. It's not a job I want to have to do again. haha.
Are these the normal br series or the extreame lows?
Hi, my car sits low but is not AWD. Do I have to elevate the car to install snow chains. I tried to do it without lifting it, but so far after many hours I could not do it. I think the fact that it is always an upward angle and cold as hell in the mountains does affect. Thank you.
Just did mine. Had a cylinder 3 misfire, swapped coils with #2 and the misfire followed. There was definitely some quirks to this job. That strut tower brace was really in the way so I had to move mine. Most importantly though the stupid plug socket I got from ECS wouldn’t fit any of my extensions. So I had to literally hammer one In and now that’s my permanent BMW plug extension. Also, I was also surprised that the coil tubes were at a slight angle to the plugs. The socket and extension don’t go perfectly straight in. I also had a scare with #6 - plug was WAY too tight. That’s what you get with a mystery used car though I guess. I’m an old school shade tree diy guy, haven’t messed with older cars in a long time though, 20 years? Was surprised that anti seize was NOT recommended. Back in my day in the 1900s anti seize was a must. Parts store guy had never even heard of it. Glad I googled it.
With my injectors I decided to go ahead and get them professionally cleaned and tested, way way cheaper than buying used. they are so so pricey. and if you want brand new direct from BMW then get your wallet out!

zoom definetly sounds more obnoxious than the Yoshi. I have a full Yoshi exhaust on my grom and love it.
question; if my car is already tuned on whatever sparkplugs are in there, but i dont know the gap size, can i just check the gap size on the old ones or do i need to just find whats recommended and then re-tune my car? i dont know how specific the new ones needs to be gapped to make sure the tuned car is running the same. (im an n54 single turbo)

I love my damn n54 powered 08 e93! I'm still on stock turbos but I'm fbo and stage2+ tuned and I love seeing the look on the faces of this guy's I race with thier camaros...mustangs and scat-packs when they get beat by a car that ten years older than theirs and close to half the cylinders 😬💯

Hey so glad to see you here!! YAY! Jake I really enjoyed watching you work on the car and seeing the oil leak as well so I don't feel like mine are so bad LOL. So on the yellow coolant. IT'S NOT NECESSARILY INCORRECT COOLANT! There are now other companies making coolant that is made with the BMW and other car model Brands etc specs. I've bought and used more than one type myself. They actually say one the bottles what cars they are for AND they don't cost $80 a jug! One brand is yellow of the BMW another is almost a green color,

Lol, $1200 for a SET of NEW injectors......this video didn't age well, lol. Says/Knows every N54 owner that didn't fucken buy injectors until NOW!!!!
You can also get "pilot pins" to help with installing the wheels. their like temporary studs that just thread in. just 2 of them is enough to get the wheel on easily. this conversion is also a good idea

Is it normal that the inner ring is way brighter than the outer ring??? It bothers me alot.
My 328i xdrive makes this noise stock. I was also getting a 335xi and wanted to get the Turner lightweight flywheel as an upgrade. This wouldn’t bother me too much.
I stayed tuned to hear the sounds after install and was left with with my 🍆 in my hand
They look sick however I'd machine them like 5mm down just to make them more daily driver friendly
