You know the great thing about Rockpile, is there are songs with Nick on vocals, Dave on vocals, Billy on vocals. All held together by Terry.

Hard to believe that this really fine musician is 80 years old. His style and love for American rockability never faded; his roots are pure and classic in every right. What a performer!!

Dave ISN’T?! What a fuckin’ sham the “Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame” is. ABBA, Jackson 5, etc. All important, pioneering artists. Genuine R’N’ rollers? Fuck no (at least Michael’s solo output utilized major rock stars)! To not be among the inclusion of “RNRHOF” members is most honorable & Dave should be PROUD of it!!! 👍🤟🎶

December 1984. I had a bad motorcycle accident. Hospital radio came around the wards asking for requests. Chap opposite me asked for Band Aid, Do They Know It's Christmas. Me, 24 year old with a warped sense of humour asked for "Crawling From The Wreckage." This is for you Gina, I've missed you ever since. Love you always.
