Ive solved alot of my problems with a racing spark plug it may not fix yours but every time ive ever put bigger carb on small engine and it got to much gas either.idle or top end racing plug helped me and others more often than not thank for video your simple explanation was good

My bike idles extremely high after startup. The idle screw makes no difference. Should I go up or down on the pilot jet?

That means your pilot jet is plugged typically if your idle screw doesn't change anything. If not something else is gummed up in the carb.

Ok, so I’m NOT looking for speed with this build- I took a baja mini & stuck a 224 predator on it. Stage 1 intake & exhaust. 30 series torque converter. Juggernaut driver & I Put an 8 tooth sprocket on the driven pulley and a 72 tooth sprocket on my rear wheel. I’m running 21” tires. What kind or torque numbers am I looking at here?

Great explanation! My father put a jackshaft on my first minibike in the mid 1960's. Gave me so much more ability to climb hills with a 5 hp Tecumseh engine.

I'm 250 pounds with a bt200x switched to 30 series torque converter. I put one good belt have never changed it again going strong at least 500 miles. Geared 60/9 sprockets stock drive pulley with aluminum shoe and 3000 stall. Engine is camed 11.1 compression big valve head. It screams, where I live is all hills. I do like what you're doing trying new things very interesting. As for belt slipping on the 30 series I haven't had any complaints

Oh ya, mine 50 mph around 6000 rpms and if you're not careful it will throw you off the back on take off, it pulls the front wheel off the ground easily and their isn't a hill It won't climb

I just bought the Predator 224 Max Output engine. I'm wondering.. can i use the biggest jet (jet c) that comes with with the bone stock engine, or do i need others mods or any other tuning on the engine before adding the biggest jet they gave me?

What are you using the engine for? The extra jets that come with the 224 are for higher altitudes when using the engine for utility purposes. You wouldn't want to use the extra jets for the minibike or go kart application.

What is the best way to get the driven pully not to slip? I've tried green, red, yellow on the driven in the different holes and if I go full throttle off the line (on a stock 196cc) it slips like crazy. I like how the yellow in the middle hole on the driven with the comet blue springs on the drive works but it still slips. I've even go as far as add a mount to keep the plate from flexing which did reduce the chatter. I've tried a few belts... is there one that works best? I can't find one of the juggernauts in stock so I ordered a clone on amazon to see if that is better.

I have a coleman bt200x and I put 212cc motor and I can't adjust it. I barely touch the throttle and I can't control it goes super fast I fell one's. Changing the gears will help?

Good problem to have. Tall or High - low acceleration, high top speed Low or Short - Fast start, low top speed -- Lower front or add to rear Larger Ratio = Short Gearing // Smaller Ratio = Taller Gearing

i have a lean carb, thats a bit cumbersome to remove, reinstall. if i was going drill out the jet, how much do go at a time, i wont want to try 5 times.
