Troy, are you in legal troubles again with your baby mama? Or did you end up buying that HotDog vending machine business you've been wanting over 30 years now? Just stay sober bro.

Bangkok is but a 1 hour flight from Siem Reap - where they have world class medical care & who speak English + it's very affordable ! -- Self insured over 70 is a way to go if you have some savings for an emergency. Cambodia's over 55 "retirement visa" is $180/year. That's it & no visa runs ! The cost of living in Siem Reap is much lower than the Capital. Including cheap street food and 50 cent beer ! Also international food can also be had. Many single expats live reasonably well on $750 - $800 / mo. there -- and PP is more like $1200 / mo. ----- A person with little or no $ is really screwed wherever you are in this world ? 🤔 Vietnam is not that much cheaper - if - you add the visa run costs - 4 times / year !!! (( Over 55 retired people never have to leave Cambodia ))

Dude if you keep yourself healthy, you don’t need medical assistance and other thing is you only get what you’re paid for and that’s goes to every country in the world. You don’t pay $35 a night for the guest house and you expect them to put you in a 5 stars resort ? Vietnam is not a country that I’m looking forward to visiting in this lifetime. There are two reasons for that, first Vietnamese they slaughter DOGS for food it very disgusting and second they’re a communist country.

When I first watched Troy’s videos I was mesmerized with his kindness for others. He wandered the streets of Vietnam helping others. There was that poor paralyzed bedridden lady in Ha Tinh, she was my first donation to Troy and still today one of my most interested donations for the outcome. I never knew the outcome but I think it was not good. And then there was Lan, the kidney girl, but I guess she turned out to be a scammer. Then one of my favorites that I never saw again was “Cataract Woman”. I really wanted a follow up which I never got. That pissed me off, lol. Others were the girl, Hang, a steel rod pierced her skull. There were some follow ups but I am not sure what the final outcome was. Also Ly the kidney girl was FANTASTIC, but unfortunately she had to share her donations with everyone so I understood why she vanished. Now he is in Cambodia, which is fine, just not what I started my interest in. I am also not interested in the bike giveaway, but I do realize that is an extremely nice thing to do. Not sure why that bores me (actually the bike gifts were in Vietnam). . I fully understand how hard a job is that he does, it is amazing to me that he can do it. My accolade to Troy, there is no way I could do that at all. To me it is an impossible job.

If I live in Bat-tambang, I would go to Thailand. Vietnam medical is not much better than Cambodia. Many Cambodians can speak much better Englidh than you from AU. You sounded so weird and funny accent. Cambodia might not be suitable for you so stay where you are🤡

Cambodia is not land of smiles, I can confirm that as a solo European traveller. I have been to Thailand and Vietnam - which are both beautiful countries full of friendly and happy people. Once I got to Cambodia I expected a similar experience, unfortunately I got harassed a few times by unpleasant men that made me feel very uncomfortable and would never go back again.

This pretty, shy child needs some medical attention. She's too small, 10 kilos, 7years old, unless its some hereditary thing in the family. I thought she may be malnourished but her brothers look alright so it may be some medical condition. She definitely needs to eat more, vegetables, fruits, bread, put some weight on her. Vitamins wouldn't hurt I don't think. She needs a good checkup. Beautiful little girl. I hope there's nothing seriously wrong with her. She could be just tiny, I've seen children like her and they're fine. What does it cost to give her a check up, I would like to help if the parents can't afford it. Let me know please.
