Nobody headbutts. This advice is retarded. You risk just as much injury as you dish out that way.

I appreciate the info on what to do in a situation like this, just so most of you know, if someone’s coming at you with a knife and you are unarmed or they’re too close for you to effectively draw a firearm before they close the distance, then it’s best to just run. Even a very successful defense of a knife attack means you likely did get stabbed/cut at least once.

Kind of making women sound really pathetic in this video. I mean I get your point to a degree, but firstly, what grown woman is gunna yell things like“ My boyfriends gunna beat you up”? , and when did we just become so useless that we just impede the situation?. You have many videos where you ‘teach’ the idea that women can defend themselves, yet in this one you label us a distraction that needs to be controlled, so which is it? Can women defend themselves or not?

First tactic taught to me was put your hands up but dont clinch your fist, its a universal sign of surrender and makes people less likely to sucker punch you, if they do anyways your hands are already up and in position to protect your head and not having your fist clinched helps keep your muscles from tensing up and slowing your own punch or parry. Lastly it gives you a better chance to back away and get a measure of your own wingspan and if they are in reach.

Great video Nick! I walked into an elevator with someone who was visibly loaded. I used the techniques we worked on and kept myself and others safe in the elevator. Scary situation but it worked out. I felt scared but in-control thanks to my training with you!!!!

Wow this is Bad advice holy fuck. Don’t try anything this guy suggests, it’s absolute dog shit advice. If you ever find yourself in this situation, you should try to leave thé place asap, run if necessary. You have no Chance of solving this situation, a 1vs3 is Even for a trained fighter almost impossible.
