The thumb on the throat is a useful detail. The lesson flows wonderfully across wise fighting and self defense principles. A shorter time of filming is a nice idea too. Thank you very much, Nick.

Great analysis. Great to see how it really goes down and great strategies from Nick. I have limited knowledge of street fighting but clearly fast, intense, short, and chaotic. Not an MMA fight.

I feel like most men won’t just walk away from a street fight as male bravado gets in the way. Ego is a huge factor when it comes to strangers fighting, especially in public.

Nice vid! This is Eddie by the way. Can you do a quick demo still related on this scene about how to defend against the wrestler move @ 0:39? The guy in solid blue has thrown a punch but then he transitions to the behind the neck control to get the guy into the guillotine. You might already have a video on it so I'll check. Thanks!!

Thumb throat or eyes, good advice. A lot of grapplers are suckers for eye gouges.

Hello Mr. Nick. I want to ask you for a request. I would be very grateful for that. Can you make a video of how a woman can escape from a kidnapping attempt? Because I cannot take a course with you because I am from another country, but I have learned many movements while watching your videos regularly and I train every day, and I try to learn as much as possible. So, I ask you to work on this video. And thank you.

And Nick, please mention that you should never go with the kidnapper if he requests you do so. You're better off dealing with the kidnapper where you are. Stat's have shown you survive better

If you watch MMA fighters, they do that all the time, except they dont have shirts. Theres a good reason for why they dont use shirts because it can easily be used as leverage. They always back their opponents onto the cage and use their heads to make them uncomfortable. Then they go into knee strikes
