Wow. “If (man) is able…to say “Yes” with all of himself to the thing which to him is more important than whether he lives or dies, whether he succeeds or fails; if he is able to say “Yes,“ then the resources of life begin to move towards him.”

Obatala is right in your face, as big as light and people are so blind that they can't see the obvious... The three pyramids on the plateau are Obatala's house. They used to be clothed in a white stone. They are the 3 bells/shells on the staff of Obatala. The chains that hang from those shells on the staff represent the hidden/vailed areas bellow the pyramids. The 3 smaller pyramids in front of the Great Pyramid is Obatala's staff that guards the house and if it falls down signals the coming of trouble or danger. The fan of Obatala is the lotus flower of the Nile River that shows up in many ancient egyptian hieroglyphs and statues. The spaces discovered inside of the Great Pyramid are forming a hen. Obatala's staff had a hen at the top of it. Their are mamy many more clues if people would bother to open their eyes and see the obvious. If African people don't claim what's there's... someone else will... Look up "The Nubian Egg"... WAKE UP !!!

This is so amazing. Several years ago I stumbled on reading about the Yoruba religion. I immediately and somehow felt a very close connectiom to it. I couldn't talk to my friends about it because I grew up in a Christian household. Anyway, just a year ago, I had a DNA test done and it revealed my ancestors with strong roots in regions where Yuruba was prominent. This is all quite fascinating.

You just want to take an advanced West African tribe and place them in Egypt all by yourself! Egyptians were Africans but definitely of their own tribe. Egyptians were not Yoruba or Vice versus. Egypt was like the America of today, so people from tribes all over the world would have heard about Egypt through trade and migrated there! Evidence to prove this is that there were long boats discovered in Nigeria which is thought that they probably would have been used for long range travel and even to the Nile! Egyptians were African but their own tribe. Not Yoruba. Don’t destroy our history. We are a proud people and we have a well detailed history so someone can not just come and change our history just like that! We are the original people of Nigeria!

I am a Christian. Born and raised as such. It is the way that I worship God. But it would be very foolish of me to believe that my people didn’t know God before being given Christianity once stolen and brought to America. My spirit confirms to me that my people knew God way before Christianity. My people have always known God and will continue to grow with His presence. Thank you for this knowledge of the original relationship my people had with God. I am glad they didn’t forget or leave this information. It is important that we know this as a people. We must understand what we lost. We must go back.

Umm, its' probably the other way round for the very early ancient Egyptians. Though there were probably back-and-forth movement along the line. The Pharaoh title was derived from Ile-Ife. Originally, it was yoruba words "IFA-Ra-Awo", which means "Knowledge converge with Mysticism". IFA is Yoruba sacred knowledge system; Awo means "mysticism"; and Ra (can also be used as "Ri" or "R'") means to converge with or to meet. Secondly, the Egyptian Onuris god is likely derived from the deified Onirisa title of the spiritual king of the Yoruba in Ile-Ife. In fact, these points were made in an interview by the king himself. He also said the first Ethiopian king named "Ori" got his authority from Ile-Ife. Ori is a yoruba word for head or human essence and is also deified. Yoruba oral records in IFA says that Ile-Ife has been around from the earliest days, and the proof is in the names of the Ife dynasties. Ife-Oodaye for "avatars" and early humans and Ife-Ooye for survivors of the flood.

How can this religion offer any eternal assurance of acceptance by the Creator? It cannot. All these gods are unnecessary at best because it is The Holy Spirit who connects us to The Creator: He is a free gift one receives after the sinner realizes his own need of that gift, and recognizes in the heart that the consequence of sin is death (everything dies because the devil brought his sin of pride and idolatry to this world). God is LIFE because He is RIGHTEOUSNESS. We need the Holy Spirit to dwell inside us to join us back to Father. 💜 "In the way of righteousness is life; And in the pathway thereof there is no death." (Proverbs 12:28) 💜 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." (Romans 6:23)
