Like i want to animate an night dark scene. I can make dark background and environment but what about my character colors. Do i have to change my full rig colors.

Thanks! Not in this series but I'll do it for the future. There's some good tutes out there for lighting techniques in TB though. You can copy + paste your character colour pallette and then adjust the colours. Whatever pallette is at the top gets shown. Alternatively you could mask a colour to your character and use a blending node for a multiply/overlay effect etc.

You can add it to the colour if you want but you wouldn't be able to use a regular deformer with it otherwise it would break. If you want more control make it a separate element with it's own peg and mask it to the object.
