I have been drawing a lot and posting on my community page it helps me, the mental health nurse told me in hospital after I tried killing myself 5 times back in Jan and Feb of this year to try it and I just think it helps me not cut because if I am sad I can draw something that feels sad or something angry or evil of something I feel I wish I was a great artist like you though

Very nice video and drawings. Really enjoyed your pacing as well as the content. I couldn't see what the brand was, but please be careful which ballpoint pen you use as the ink is impermanent for many of them.

The GoDraw company has really well built palettes like these. The magnets are stronger and they are better built. They also make handmade tiny sketchbooks that are very nice!

Jag har sätt denna vidos typ tusen gånger framförallt nu när det är sommar och man är lite off. Men man älskar allt mer .

What a whirlwind of a day, and wonderfully creative. I'm brand NEW to the Jess Karp world and loving it (I may show up as "the crabby crafter/my take at the lake" too, it's all me). ONE suggestion for your meditations: @28:30 "...I release all resistance... " As you know everything is/has energy, words are no different. Focus is no different. I'm a "positive language taskmaster", lol and I teach people the importance and POWER of their words and focus. The focus of that particular affirmation is "resistance". Even though you're "releasing it" the focus is still on something quite negative. Instead, try "I embrace every opportunity to express my creativity fully". NOW the focus is EMBRACING something YOU WANT rather than pushing against (releasing)/focusing on something you don't want. HUGE DIFFERENCE. As you share your exemplary gifts with us, I share some of mine with you ☪🤓💫 Looking forward to getting to know you here. (I know it's LONG over, but CONGRATS on being asked to be a presenter at the Lightbox event, that's too cool and SO fun. I hope you enjoyed every single aspect of it.)

Funny that you mention parchment paper being good for warm climates. I have been using parchment paper for my sketchbooks and I live in AZ. Hadn't considered that this might be the best option for my climate though. ;)
