  Hi maam i purchased a cast iron kadai exclusively for deepfrying only.purchased it for only cooking snacks like chakli etc for kids.My doubt is should i wash it every time after deep frying or after filtering oil in kadai to another container can i just wipe the excess oil and store it instead of washing with lukewarm water?or eventhough i dont cook any curries in it,i should wash it with warm water after deepfrying?

  Kerala Hotel Kanji is super. During Ramadan we get it with little paruppu added just like venpogal flavour. Side dish is Pappadam to bite, pickle to smear on the tongue and then take spoon full of Kanji. Then taste coconut thick chatni.
