Engineers and scientists worldwide rely on MATLAB and Simulink products to accelerate the pace of discovery, innovation, and development.
MATLAB and Simulink are used throughout the automotive, aerospace, communications, electronics, and industrial automation industries as fundamental tools for research and development. They are also used for modeling and simulation in increasingly technical fields, such as financial services and computational biology. MATLAB and Simulink enable the design and development of a wide range of advanced products, including automotive systems, aerospace flight control and avionics, telecommunications and other electronics equipment, industrial machinery, and medical devices. More than 5000 colleges and universities around the world use MATLAB and Simulink for teaching and research in a broad range of technical disciplines.

I’m currently studying DSP and this is really helpful. Thank you!
Thank you so much. It is a great explanation. I was thinking about this problem and now I got my answer :).
I can't find the link to the video about the Z domain.. will be happy to get it
Very helpful, thanks.
How does mapping from the s-domain to the z-domain affect the frequency response of a digital filter? Specifically near the Nyquist rate
Plot z,s of the tustin transformation s=(2 (z-1))/((z+1) t_s)
I really liked the domain map, that was really helpful for seeing how the frequency analysis techniques are connected. Also the z domain animation wrapping around the s domain was crazy. This video was great
Hi, how can I get the model of the drilling system explained in the video?
Z-domain is not discrete... it is continuous
Thanks for the clarification, my explanation is misleading. I should have just explained that the Z-domain is the discrete-time equivalent of the S-plane. But you are right, that the domain itself is continuous.
RIGHT! DTFT is continuous, while DFT is discrete.
Thank you sir, i got clarity on z transform
Great to hear 🙌
Tatoo couldn’t put his finger on it but he knew this had something to do with Fantasy Island!!
Hey that was fantastic, can't wait for the digital controller video, thanks 👍🏼
Thanks! A digital controller video would be a good follow up for this.
I'm sorry, but what is this audio quality please?
This is a great video! I will share this video with my team.
nice class
thank you it is amazing. Is it possible to get the PDF?
Thank you for a very helpful explanation and a valuable reference.
😮 🤘🏅
Hi your lectures are very intuitive and easy to understand. Kindly also make videos on Model Predictive Control (MPC) and Robust MPC
thanks for the great video, it is very helpful, key points clearly explained
Hi Team. That was a beautiful presentation . Where can I find the complete control architecture, starting from position all the way to attitude controller outputs? I want to study the translation from position controller outputs to attitude controller commands, is there any transformation in between?
Nice overview of Simulink.
Great great explanations and good vibes I must say!
how can i find tilt actuator ? i can see, pls help me i use matlab 2023a
I have simulated on my pc. But i am getting negative rpm. Anyone can suggest?
This is exactly what needs to be taught at the beginning of a control engineering course, not the endless "s formulas" that make students clueless about its real life meaning
great video🔥🔥
They must understand sign language fingerspelling.
i think the entire purpose of so called imaginary numbers is to create a barrier to understanding. it's supposed to represent the square root of negative one but that doesn't make sense, at least to me, and the ways it's explained are like "well, we just make this part negative" and the lecturer runs to the next topic like they just lit a cherry bomb.
Two semesters in college was not enough to explain that matter that clearly, thank you for this video, Pure gold!!
How can you choose configurations of the robot for waypoints, in commercial software like RobotStudio it is very easy but I don't know how you can change it in matlab?
Export the MatLab, Azure, Chat GPT, Revit, Plant 3D, Civil 3D, Inventor, ENGI file of the Building or Refinery to Excel, prepare Budget 1 and export it to COBRA. Prepare Budget 2 and export it to Microsoft Project. Solve the problems of Overallocated Resources, Planning Problems, prepare the Budget 3 with which the construction of the Building or the Refinery is going to be quoted.
I am a private pilot that is also an A&P and an electronics engineer. I know how to use matlab, basically, and simulink, basically, but have not used the aeronoutics toolset or blockset. Yes, I do know a fair amount about vector arithmetic.I also do use X plane. However, I am a bit lost on how to use the unreal engine, which I have just downloaded, as a custom flight simulator, for an aircraft that I have designed with matlab. I really could use a couple of references to tutorials that might help. Good stuff!
I am a PhD student who tried to implement Simulink on an omnidirectional vehicle previously. Mathworks wasn't supporting the PX4 package I was working on at the time, so I ended up having to abandon it, but I want to try and use it in a future project.
thank you very much
Good madam. What types of solvers can be used when power electronics switches operate at a switching frequency of 25kHz or higher than that. In Powergui what is the value of discrete simulation type what value should be used for 25kHz
Simulink/Matlab are democratizing the learnings. For every task, there is an app. What else to do. What if error occurs in simulink made tool. One should go back to the Matlab.
How to add imu to the model designed in DrivingScenerioDesign
Excellent
Thanks 👍
The linking does not work on my project. I highlight but the simulink does not show me the option to click requirements.
I have been waiting for a video like this for ages now! Great overwie of a topic that is not well understood by many (me included)!
what a beauty of video, great job!
Hi everyone, I'll be on and answering questions during the premiere. Feel free to drop any questions or comments here in the meantime and I'll try to get to them before then. Cheers!
Course of it?
Why do we need getUniqueTDay function?
Can you find CUSIP numbers on this terminal?
How to change frequency value?
Is there a way to optimize the joints selection regarding the environment your robot will go through ? Thx !
