I'm Teo, a photographer and filmmaker based in Austria. I regularly go out to shoot and make behind the scenes videos of my photography. I also enjoy making thoughtful video essays on photography or art in general.
My goal with this channel is to document my artistic growth, share valuable lessons I learn on the way, inspire you to keep working on your own art and build a supportive community of creatives who are all simply trying to become better at what they do everyday! :)

I think the slide one on the playground really is the masterpiece of the trip because I believe it does exactly what you want it to do: Oh, this is a nice little playground with some pretty colors. What the eff, is that someone falling off the slide? LOL! Nailed it.
The beauty of Japan looks so expensive and was not built overnight. It's like visiting a tourist spot, but every corner of the village and city is constructed like a tourist destination. No wonder many people admire it and continue to visit to see it firsthand. Sorry if wrong..

Dear Teo: thank you for sharing this wonderful journey. It reminds me of my dream trip to Japan back in 2016. My friends are from Nagano prefecture. We went to the Snow Monkeys, Matsumoto Castle, and they even went back to Tokyo to visit Asakusa, Akihabara and Odaiba with me. We also went to Kyoto. Your film brought back the memories, I got emotional watching it. Japan really is like a dream..the sounds, views, people, food.. thank you.

Very nice. :-) One thing... 2 hours of calm videography in Japan. You videoed, you did not film. :-) Film, filming, and filmmaking are the most misused words in the industry. 🙂 Digital Video and film require different skill sets. Having DIFFERENT historical and TECHNOLOGICAL timelines spanning 150 years. Have pride and knowledge of the gear we use including the words that describe what we do. Our tools are Digital Video, Non-linear, and CGI. We are moviemakers, not filmmakers. We do what film wished it could. We are Videographers and/or cinematographers. 🙂 We video or are videoing, we do not film. That's the other RARE professionals who know how to use film and film cameras, like an ARRIFLEX 435 Panavision R-200 and Steenbeck flatbed film editors. Know the difference and have a better understanding of the craft. You will also stand out in an industry polluted with point-and-shoot "pros". Respect to you.✌♥

@@teocrawford Also, no such thing as analog photography. Another misuse. There is Film Photography and Digital Photography. Example: SLR vs DSLR People say analog photography, because, due to misinformation, they have to come up with some other way of defining film photography because they refer to Digital Vidoe as filming. When a film camera is used its filming, when a Digital Video camera is used it's VIDEOING. :-) Now you have learned something. Respect! :-)

I love my Olympus XA! You got some great shots with the XA3 even with the constraints it places on focusing. Just posted a POV vid with my Olympus XA and some fuji 400 in mine. But even with the added functions, my pics are pretty mid compared to what you got in the XA3

For Storage I would recommend you buying a NAS. You then can literally up and download Date from you Smartphone, PC, or Laptop as long as you are in your Home Network.

Hello, I just discover your channel and watched couple of videos and I will be following :) I recently bought Nikon TW Zoom QD camera which is point and shoot one. Do you suggest using expensive films to full automatic point and shoot cameras? I know maybe I should not but Im curious about your comments on this. I could not find any proper review for this camera though but it seems to be good one. If you can give me brief explanation would be much appreciated. Thank you. :)
