🎆 ~ I've always wanted to live in Florida cuz Flipper lived there ... this doc changed my mind. *I'll stay landlocked with arctic temps, blizzards, & tornadoes* in the Northern Midwest U.S. where the National Weather Service meteorologists' dangerous wind chill, blizzard, & tornado WATCHES & WARNINGS give multiple counties adequate-to-lotza time to PREPARE to survive it - stay home or travel with survival supplies in the winter; in the summer, to take cover, or drive to an underground shelter for protection from the violent twisters' winds. Not to forget mentioning that the Northern Midwest's weather's eerie signs of the sky itself (pre-tornado sky is sobering) give everyday folks visual & audible sensory clues, too, as a personal heads-up to take cover soon ORRRRR IMMEDIATELY to protect themselves & animals *IN ADVANCE* of disaster. Heck - professional "Storm Chasers" are gung-ho about HUNTING tornadoes on video. Whoever heard of a "Sinkhole Chaser"?!? Point made. The scientists in this vid are the closest ones earning that title, but they can't warn people in the same way - to leave immediately cuz an *INSTANT SURPRISE SINKHOLE* is gonna happen. 😳 Swallowed by a sinkhole while sleeping? 🤯 Impressive that a few acutely aware people in this vid noticed subtle-to-severe signs of unknown impending danger & also *intuitively knew* something BAD was gonna happen that DEFIED LOGIC - & luv that they weren't swayed/deterred by people & authorities not taking them seriously - implying that they were crazily imagining it all. Read *"The Gift of Fear"* book - *never betray your intuition* - never!!! Pray for better science.🙏 GOD BLESS ALL SINKHOLE PTSD SURVIVORS, FIRST RESPONDERS, & VICTIMS' LOVED ONES. 💔 Sprinkling ✝️ Blessings ~ 🎆
What a fascinating story. However much we think we know, the Earth will always offer up surprises. I do, however, think the dark, ominous music is a bit much.
Around 1970(?), the school district decided to fill about half a swampy pond in order to create surface for a paved tennis court and football field. Another example of “What Could Possibly Go Wrong??” While the field merely “inconvenient” due to the risk of turning ankles…the tennis court was terrible on which the team practiced and tournaments were played! I recall talk of other school district teams noting the wavy, potholed patched pavement! I didn’t play either sport, but certainly lacked the balance and footing coordination to have avoided harming myself out there if I had. As a 13 year old I apparently knew enough not to pave over a pond. Who knew?
Not that there's a defence to these things but we're sleepwalking. Doomsday tsunamis to end all in a 100yrs or 1000yrs... who knows. But the ocean will ultimately rule!
One of the worst audio documentaries I've ever tried to watch. The narrator could barely be heard, or understood, between the music, sounds of events, etc. I am sure it was interesting but who knows. I do know that Tim Peterson wasn't the only victim to survive the collapse of the Cyprus Highway. One child lost a leg to be freed. One victim lived for almost a month before dying from his injuries. I am surprised at the almost total disregard for the Marina area. Very disappointed
You are very wrong my friend. There is no such thing as mother nature. It happens mostly in areas where God is ignored and evil , idolatry and immorality prevails.

In Israel, a sinkhole swallowed the entire town of Ein Gedi. If you want to visit the Dead Sea, you have to go online and check the sinkhole report for the day. It's a super active area right now, mostly due to Jordan and the West Bank draining all the water that should be going to the sea. If they would dig wells instead of diverting river water, the problem could be easily solved.
Just goes to show you that no body is above the law. Play stupid games ya win stupid prizes.. 😮

With the I-880 bridge/viaduct pancaking, WA & Seattle DOT thought it'd be prudent to take down the Alaskan Way Viaduct along Seattle's waterfront. Took years, but it was finally completed.

I'm so afraid of natural disasters, so I live no where near the ocean, volcanos tornadoes, tsunamis pr an area with little to no earthquakes. My number 1 fear are sharks and my 2nd is flying. and I live in Canada. I will fly but so nervous, when I hear a pilot say "please wear your seatbelts we will be getting some turbulence". I'm like "do you have to advertise this to patients who might be as terrifying of flying as I am?" lol Anyway, I don't understand how some people chose to live in areas prone to natural disasters, like California in the US., like the states along fault lines. I could never do it.

Brother, I am an Indian. I know Dwarka was real and Krishna was also real. If you don't believe it, come to India once, you will believe it. If at all possible, always keep your most valuable things like old, non-replaceable pictures (not digital) passports, etc close to the door in a cabinet or basket. If there is a fire, flood, sinkhole, etc you can grab them on your way out with the family. Insurance can buy you new clothes and toothbrushes. Not replace your tangible memories…
