Yes. We do get them here because we are surrounded by desert. You can treat for scorpions and snakes really aren’t interested in being aggressive but occasionally they will end up on a patio to find shade or water.

I’ve been here 10 years and the heat is tough…but it’s not humid, we don’t have bugs….and the things we do have….are not in your face 24/7….I love our nature here, the sunsets, waking up to birds chirping, sunrises…and people are pretty friendly! ❤
Arizona sucks it’s third worst behind California and Colorado
It isn’t for everyone. I think every state has its pros and cons. We are so lucky we have so many to choose from!

Is verrado always windy?
No. That was a crazy day..we had a storm coming in. In the summers during Monsoon season we can get some wind, but we are very protected by the White Tank Mountains here.
For these new communities in peoria are they only for primary residence buyers, or do they allow investors to purchase as an investment property?
Each community would have their own CC&R's, so it depends on what their policies are for rentals. Some require a minimum of 3 months, some are a year. We would need to look at the community that you were interested in.
