I agree with everything and it's all helpful. My question is if everything was contaminated or ruptured by sin then isn't the cause of all that the sin of a man and woman? Why should their sin infect the whole universe?

I grew up with my dad saying to us, "You will be justly rewarded" whenever we did something good. I never knew that he got it from scripture. I just thought it was another "sadism". 😊

This living example of Abel Is a beautiful object lesson presented in Antiquity. Abel's Faith is not accounted to Abel as man's faith of himself. Abel through grace experienced a living faith. Not just faith in Yeshua but much more, The faith of Yeshua. Genesis 15:6 we are told that Abraham “believed the Lord and it was accounted to him for righteousness. We can do nothing of ourselves. We have all been given a measure of faith. Christ in you the hope of glory. Ephesians 2:8-9 KJVS For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [9] Not of works, lest any man should boast. Grace is a free gift. It is only by the faith of Yeshue that we can except and experience it. Grace is the Divine presence of God the Father through his only begotten Son Yeshua abiding our hearts. FAITH the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen. Blessings and Agape to all.

This is incredible to have someone talking about this topic. Its very anti-evangelical (I say that NOT ignoring sin) and I wish I would've learned this early on in my walk. Thank you Marty for your service in God's kingdom 🙏

Brilliant message- thank-you for helping put all this in context. Very very inspiring to "see" God is working even when things in life make little sense, and that that's ok as long as we remain faithful and trust Him (my oversimplified takeaway!!).Reminds me of Jesus' teaching about the importance of receiving Kingdom like a little child...also attitude of Psalm 131 imho. Appreciate you Marty!❤

Never ever heard the callback to Habakkuk when reading Hebrews before listening here. It all makes sense and packs quite a punch on what it means to have faith and persevere. Meditating on this❤

This perserverence pep talk could not have come at a better time for me. I am at a point in my life where there is a lot weighing on my shoulders with work, with being a husband and a father, and even my faith when it comes to dealing with my sin issues. I very much desire to shrink back in all of these things as I sit here weathering this seemingly endless onslaught of one thing after another with no end in sight. Thank you for this video Marty. Can’t wait to view this entire series!

I have wondered if you believe Jesus would have had brothers in consideration of Jesus asking John to consider Mary as his mother. I know it’s not quite the same topic but I have wondered about it.

I've reached a conclusion about who demons are, at least one that works for me. Disembodies spirits of dead nephilim from Genesis 6.

I just finished Session 5 after going very slowly since starting in 2019, benefiting so much from your other material and I don’t feel like this gimmicky at all. It’s still really important to have structure and this video helps me as well.

I love this video! As a gen z'er I do think it's a necessary message to preach, a lot of us are entering a period of life where it's time to step up and lead, but many (me included) are afraid to. Leading can be difficult! At least for me it's that I don't want to hurt or mistreat others emotionally/spiritually by misleading them. I like that you balanced it in the beginning with the reminder of value, that our work or performance does not make us more or less valuable. Thank you for sharing!

טוב מאוד! Thank you so much for this series. I can’t count the times I was muttering (and shouting 😄) “YES!” while listening to this. Thank you for putting into such eloquent words what I struggle to express - yes, God saves us, from whatever we need saving from (usually our own False Selves and all their bs), but for a purpose, to partner with Him in His story. Jesus didn’t just come to die, he came to teach us how to live, and to set us free from whatever holds us back from God, including our fear of death.
