FindUsCamping

Welcome to the FindUsCamping Village,

We're glad you're coming along on our journey. Our goal is to share with you what we learn as we travel across this beautiful country in an effort that you too can enjoy RVing as much as we do. After all, what would our journey be without you? Not much. So, if you see us on the road, honk and wave, if you see us in an RV park, on the street, at an RV show, or even in a restaurant somewhere, please, please, say hi and introduce yourself! For us it truly is all about the people and the places and we want to meet you. We share our experiences, good, bad, or somewhere in between to let you know that the RV life is not always perfect, things don't always go as planned, but in the end, getting to meet the most amazing people while taking in the most amazing views, proves just how blessed we are!

We'd love to hear from you: [email protected]

We do have an Amazon Store www.amazon.com/shop/finduscamping where we make a small commission.

    What a great Harvest Host! I could spend way too much money in there. And I nerd out over how things are made too. How parts come together to make a bigger product :D I mixed the rubber at Bridgestone Tires for 20 years, and I was always looking over the maintenance guys shoulders, or asking why it works that way. Lol Meeting all y'all in Tennessee is so close now I can smell it! Woot! Safe travels

    Not all T T Memberships have dues freeze at age 62. I have had a TT membership for many years and bought it from another member but before making the purchase, I called TT to be sure it was a legitimate and that the dues would freeze at 62 with the membership I was buying and had provided them with the membership number. They said all was good to go and yes, the dues would freeze when I reached 62. They did not hold to that and when I questioned it, TT said that this membership did not have that benefit. I tried several times with no luck and was told once at one of the TT meetings that they used too have, that I should call in again because I was entitled to that. I am now 81 and have approached the issue several times over the years, and was told that I did not qualify. I am still a member at the moment but will probably be dropping out soon as the dues are very high and I don't use it as often. Not looking for sympathy here but just saying that not all dues freeze so get it in writing!

    Can one just drop out without financial repercussions? Serious question. I thought it was similar to a time share and one could only get out if the membership was resold.

    I have a 2021 keystone passport 268bh and also a 2012 jayco 29qbh the jayco has a separate room 2 bunk beds on either side I like the u shaped dinet tool the table out to make a 2nd couch my keystone I bough to drive from az to new Hampshire and leave it there to use 2 months a yr and I have realy like it I like the outdoor kitchen and the bunks off to the side have worked having a bit shorter on has worked out for taking it back east it towed great no issues for a 2600 plus mile trip I have a 2013 ram 4 door diesel and it tows unbelievable I like the Grey interior and bright lights my older jayco has the tan with the more yelo tone light I have a bit less underneath storage with the keystone but it's been no issue with the fold up bunk it's 50amp compared to my 30 amp jayco that's been a nice feature and so far unlike some reviews my ge ac has been flawless as have been my other appliances did have the master ben Fram have a small coming apart but nothing a few wood screws and screw Jun didn't fig I love the electric jack and stabalizers 1 small thing the outside stove is just a bit hard to get to the gas connection if it was 1 in longer at the under connection it wood be a bit easier as wood the sewer connection they are a bit back due to my knee replacements I can't kneel on grown so it's just a hair difficult but I would give this a 9.999 out of 10 positive review no regrets I have 9 and 12 yr Olds along with me and my wife and my 24yr old joined us for a few weeks and it's worked out well I would recommend it highly like any after 2600 mi u get a few trim pieces that need a bit of glue or taped back in but I almost hate to leave it and not bring it back home to az but it's easier to leave it to use and use my jayco when camping whe were at our home in az hope this helps some also this is much lighter than my jayco which I noticed helped my milage a bit and pre wired for solar 2 batteries lots on nice featured I'm happy to ans any questions about mine if anyone has a question

    You are overextending your awning. On the tube part that rolls the fabric is a yellow sticker (I saw it in the video) it says if you can see this you have overextended your awning.

  • @FindUsCamping
    @FindUsCamping28 күн бұрын

    Thanks for the tip! But it really doesnt matter on our brand awning. It will roll back up inside out if we go too far. Plus on ours it helps to angle the awning lights too

    @@FindUsCamping just because it will roll up inside out doesn’t mean that’s good for it and I can see in the video the sticker that specifically says “if you can see this sticker you have overextended your awning” doesn’t matter what kind you have you are overextending it
