Sometimes your perception IS your reality because of how OTHERS percieve you and if a majority of people percieve you as ugly or middling, you're not getting a chance. That mentality will just make you delusional, and people will openly scrutenize you or percieve you as creepy because you're ugly and your confidence is misplaced.

I know people use it as an excuse, instead of not listening I'm going to address your critique of the blackpill. The black pill believes genetics are everything because looks are everything. Your genetics is what limits your looks,either you have a high ceiling you can hit, like celebrities or a low one like extremwly unnattractuve celebrities like danny devito even if your parents are good looking you have the possibility of popping out looking completely different and only having the potential to end up ugly. An example of this is traits society deems as generally unattractive. Buldging eyes, weak or sunken in jawline, large pretruding ears. Things you can't change without extensive surgery or things you get made fun of in school and generally in life for. People are doomers once the reality hits them that thier life is simply harder due to things out of thier control without extreme effort, pain and danger just to get on par with someone born right. No amount of gym or diet will fix puffy cheeks if your genetics don't allow it, none will grow you a jawline, this gets especially true the later you get into life as our youthful cells are dying off and major change goes out the window. Looks are the only thing that matters in dating because it gets your foot in the door it allows people to actually start to view you in a romantic or intimate light. If no one or very few people are willing let alone desiring to date you, how do you think people can be successful in dating? From getting laid to getting a relationship? I never see ugly people trying to disprove the blackpill. Only pretty to average people like you. 2017 I was 114 kg. Started my weight loss journey 2019 down to 94 kg with biking and jogging. 2024 down to 80 kg I started lifting weights. I am on my week 3 now. lift 3 times a week. cardio 3 times a week. 1 day rest day. Though I do not go to the gym I just bought yoga mat, weights, and resistance band. I'm currently 29. I'm doing this because I want to give a gift for my 40 year old self. I want him to look good. I regretted not lifting weights earlier but its better late than never at all they say. Thanks Mr Sven. Found your channel weeks ago. Your self improvement videos gave me the motivation I needed to push further. Like I always say. May this channel reach far and wide. You deserve all the followers you can get. Out of all inspirational channels, individuals I've seen, you are genuine. I hope the world do not take away your luster.

Cold showers are really good for your dopamine and for most people completely safe to do. I've been taking them for years and never had a problem. Just because you've had a bad experience with them doesn't mean noone else should do them. If you do however experience problems with them, yes maybe skip out on them.

I look around and I see everyone living such a bad life, especially in school I will look at my teachers and its like, a teacher is supposed to be someone I look up to but they are in they are approaching their 40s working a job after teaching school just to make ends meet and Its lowkey depressing because I dont understand how anybody could really mess up their life that bad. Is it seriously that hard, do your dreams really consist of working at a resturaunt after you show kids videos for 7 hours? I dont understand how peoples aspirations seem so crushed. Depends on the face shape. I look like an idiot with this type of hair because my head goes narrower towards the top so it looks very bad. With normal hair, this isn't prominent, and i look 5x better. There are so many factors here, so it's different for every individual.
