Not too long ago so many kids were stuck at school here in Gwinnett county Georgia when something similar happened here when a ice snow storm hit when it was time for the school busses to pick them up, busses were stuck in ditches so a decision was made to keep vall the kids in school overnight, tge teachers used the cafeteria to cook meals for the kids and they all huddled in the Gym on what they had, mats and not much more to be comfortable, all were safe and warm, very little ones too.

The fact that these covid “vaccines” drugs quite obviously failed to offer immunity to anything, renders the term "anti vax" moot.

I’ve heard from countless individuals that regret getting the covid jabs, who stopped getting more. And I've talked to hundreds that have had zero, and not even one regrets their decision. In fact, the vast majority agree that not participating in this is one of the best decisions that we’ve ever made in our lives. ☝ All that I need to know, right there ☝

It was planned. The only thing stopping a higher casualty figure was the ineptness of the police shooting. And who signed off on the 50 caliber machine gun held by the Task Force......???

This is one of those rare cases where the North Koreans appear to be telling the truth. The Warmbier's were more interested in martyrdom than truth.

Flammable exteriors on building over three floors are illegal in the USA. The inspectors, installers, manufacturers etc should be in prison for manslaughter.

A 15 minute video hastily put together omitting certain facts and getting others outright wrong does not seem in good taste when so many people died….

The Valencia apartment block fire from February this year was similar to Glenfell. Something burned on the facade. Investigations are still ongoing. You could cover the Ahrtal flooding in Germany at 2021 with 134 fatalities. There were slow decisions (Better not warn the people, they could panic!), data on fast rising water levels that were not believed, confusion of competences (a mayor wanted to evacuate her town but was not allowed to because it was not her competency), warning systems didn't work, a politician laughing when the German president held a speech at the desaster site. Even at this day there are people who still live in temporary shelters. People were so angry, and in January 2024 there was another big flood in North Germany and in June 2024 in Southern Germany the next. I think we have to get used to it.

When I drove a school bus, in the winter, I kept a garbage bag on the bus with blankets in it, just in case, my bus broke down in winter and because of sudden storms. I also made what I called an emergency bag for my husbands truck. Blankets, gloves, a hat, a candle & matches, and snackes. We live in Ohio.

A minor edit is needed @ 1:11 where Simon says, "In the early hours of the 14th of June 2007, a quiet London neighbourhood was shaken by a tragedy that would forever alter its landscape and scar the community." The correct date is June 14, 2017. I always look forward to the incredible videos Simon and his team create for this channel. Thank you so much!

I live in London and remember this well. The cladding itself was a cost-cutting measure made by the council (? - might've been the construction company who did the renovations, I don't fully recall) and from what I remember it wasn't to code so was technically illegal for it to have been used. Nobody has ever been held responsible for this decision and every time I talk about it to anyone, they're pissed off about it.

I remember this, I was working at American Red Cross at the time and our disaster Volunteers were asking if they could fly over to help. Sadly we couldn't send them in a timely way, but we did raise thousands of relief funds locally that were sent to the British Red Cross to help pay for hotels and medical equipment. I remember talking about what we can add to our current fire prevention program to help prevent this in the US. Sadly we are unable to influence public policy enough right now to accomplish much. But we've installed millions of smoke alarms in homes nation wide and educated families during the installations. Haven't been able to get into apartment buildings like this though. We will keep trying.

I still think it is better to have a controlled detonation at a known date and exact time than to just shrug your shoulders and wait for it to happen on its own. Will it be destructive? Sure... but people will be ready... emergency responses on stand by.. the chemical plant shut down.. etc. So this seems a pretty clear case of them needing to rip that bandaid off.

Wasn't this the same storm that Laura Ingalls Wilder and her siblings and school mates were caught in? On the show Miss Beadle let the kids leave and they got stuck in the blizzard and probably would have died if not for a candle or lamp they had with them.

I lived in high rise in Portsmouth and several small fires broke out. No sprinklers or extinguishers. Gas pipe in stairwells. Council is supposed to give details to fire brigade re vulnerable n disabled tenants but hasn't for far too long. Every time there was an incident I had to call fire brigade n tell them who on two top floors need help to evacuate. I soon moved out. Cladding is STILL on homes in Portsmouth n not been removed n dealt with so tenants naturally worried. When the shite hits the fan we are on our own. The council n government etc won't help us.

I'm here because I saw the thumbnail 'History's Worst Crime'. Of the course the Nanjing Massacre was a crime against humanity up there with the worse, but in terms of objective measures regarding human lives lost, human lives destroyed and over the length of time the atrocity took place nothing comes close to the Arab/Moslem Slave Trade. This crime against humanity began 1,500 years before the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade and is present today in places like Sudan, Mauritania. It was still overt in the Gulf region in the early 1960s. Millions upon millions of lives were destroyed by it over century after century.

Incredibly bad video lacking any sense of nuance whatsoever. Much better explainers out there than this one, which is clearly produced by someone with no professional grasp of schizophrenia or mental disorders in general. Too symptom focused without understanding these in themselves or how they are used clinically. Not the slightest clue of modern psychopathological or psychological views on schizophrenia, and clearly no understanding of the term psychosis, not to mention the honestly very exaggerated view of the ‘dangers of schizophrenia’. All in all a sensationalistic piece which KZread would be better off without.

The reality of this was so apparent. What happened in 2020 was tiny compared to this. 100s of millions died. Understandably, our medical science and technology have grown leaps and bounds since then. Still. This is a reminder of how good things are nowadays.

No one is being held accountable. Just like every major miscarriage of justice in the UK they will kick this can down the road as long as possible to until the guilty and as many living victims have died off. Then there will be some token apology and admittance of responsibility, someone will get an MBE, and everyone can go back to pretending this is a good decent country. Right now, another Grenfell is waiting to happen, the same cladding is still up on thousands of buildings up and down the country.

This is why I have always lived on the second or third floor when I was living in low income housing. Why I never thought the stay in your apartment. If I couldn't live that low I have a very long rope ladder I can use to get to to the ground. This situation is why I always believed that this policy was dumb but I do appreciate trying to curb stampeding.
