  How painful was it? My tolerance is pretty low and Im considering doing it. Do they give you meds before or after for the pain? Is it painful after? Do they give you creams and other maintence meds ?

  it was pretty painful but the pain is only during the procedure + maybe an hour or two after. the cream on my face was a numbing cream which helped with the pain a lot, but i still ended up tearing up during the procedure. and it's painful after bc your face feels really hot and is kinda throbbing. i think it was worse for me bc it was summertime so it was hot outdoors, so definitely bring a mini fan with you or plan to go back to a cooler area. and no, they don't give any creams or meds after - the pain is only the first day! afterwards you just can't wash your face for like 3 days and should only be putting on moisturizer and sunscreen
