i’ve been meaning to learn embroidery for such a long time now and ig this is my sign to finally do it hahah it looks rlly fun :) personally, i think you adding the moon would be a nice pop of colour and you could keep length as it is if its not too long! (also, i really loved this video!!)

Next time try using precut embroidery stabilizer sheets (I forget which are washable) that are the size you want and temporary bonding spray for embroidery. Print your design on the sheet and bond it where you want it. 1) the stabilizer keeps you fabric from stretching when you wash it 2) you don't have to do all that work to cut out the letters with and exacto knife. It helps with machine embroidery so I'm sure it will help with hand embroidered projects.

i used a chain stitch to fill in the letters!!

this is cute, 🤩the contrast between the colors. maybe you have decision fatigue? did you cut it, inquiring minds want to know.

i don't really know how punch needle embroidery works, but i think it should be fine! an embroidery hoop would make this much easier lol
