Haha can’t believe this worked. I knew something was wrong because I could check the voltage of my battery through my radio and it was always at 11.3V every time I took it in they said my alternator and battery was good but they knew it was low. As soon as I did this it brought the voltage back up to 13.5V thought I was going to have to buy a new alternator, thanks man!

will this work if the car is dead? obviously i’m having alternator issues i just got a new battery a few days ago and prior to that i had one for only 2 1/2 months without it “going bad” on me
The car has to running as far as i know of. Need it moving to knock the brushed down so if u have a charge to keep the car running [or vehicle of choice] u can give it a tap and see if ut brings the charge up. If it dies after batt is discharged it was too far gone.

Oil leak on my alternator from either a valve cover gasket leak or VVC solenoid (2012 Honda Accord V6 J35 series engine). Just replaced the valve gasket, now I'm giving my alterator a degreaser bath, which takes about 4 hours in 3 inches of 60/40 Degreaser and water with paint brushes and pipe cleaners while rotating every 15 minutes. I know my denso alternator is good, just kept getting the battery dash light on but it just got worse due to the oil leak that I hope I fixed. Also replaced an electronic load detector in the fuse box that could be the culprit for the sporadic voltage readings from the battery. Get a cigarette lighter battery voltage reader, it's essential to know if you're gonna be stranded if you turn off your car, below 12.2 is risky. If it is below 12.2, pull over somewhere and do what this guy says, but never turn off your engine if it's at 12, you're car won't start, wait till 14 volts then hurry your ass back home or a shop
Why did u put the aluminum on
I put it on to help keep from sagging into the hole and also help resist the exhaust pressure while it was curing. I over wrapped the foil to make sure there was good contact. The reason the axle pipe blew out other than rust was i put a chamber muffler on that created more back pressure and boom... Would u believe the tape is still on the car pipe? So basically for helping it until it currd cause im lazy and never wait the full curr time without running the car lmmfao

Whats a good deep sounds muffler for a 2015 Toyota Corolla. i have an Aem dry flow high performance air filter Vibrant performance resonator 12 inches in length and a Cherrybomb Glasspack 18 inch body 23 inches overall with a Vibrant performance exhaust tip. I have a 2015 Toyota Corolla with an Aem dry flow high performance air filter, Vibrant performance resonator 12 inches in length and I've had many many mufflers like dc aports ex-5016 mufler, evil energy muffler, Magnaflow oval body and round body mufflers Paradox Signature Series Elite muffler, Paradox Hot Tamale, Cherrybomb Salute muffler and currently using a Cherrybomb Glasspack muffler with a Vibrant performance exhaust tip. I have a totalflow polished stainless steel exhaust muffler that is. 2 chamber muffler thats supposed to be a direct copy if a flowmaster 40 series in sound shape size for alot less money. Im skeptical about putting the muffler in on my Toyota Corolla because i have my 1.8L 4 cylinder engine and i dont want it to sound messed up. So many people have told me dont get it installed because it will not sound right and that i should just stick to buying mufflers with packong material in them. What do you think i should do go buy another dc sports muffler ex-5016 or magnaflow muffler for the best possible sound for my vehicle without sounding like loud honda down the street? What muffler do you think i buy or overall for best overall sound? Could also be oil on your pulleys, and the tapping helps give the belt better traction again. Either way, it works to get home,

Look into Carven R for good straight through design. Or Vibrant muffler for chambered.
I was thinking of truing the 40 on the lexus 2IS for a way to bring out a higher pitch to the exhaust note
