Tal ves hay celo hacia Stryper... su calidad es incuestionable y supera a la mayoria de las bandas en produccion de canciones, que es inagotabla hasta la fecha. No creo que exista otra banda con eso. Larga vida a Stryper!

80s Stryper was a perfect blend of pop and metal. Nowadays there’s not much pop left in their sound. Both versions of Stryper are awesome in their own way.

Hey, guys! How are you doing? I am a huge fan of the channel and have been following it for a few years now. I even joined you guys on a call with Matt Barlow at the beginning of the pandemic... hah! I'm releasing my 5th single next Friday, July 26, and I'd love to share that with you. Paranoia Church is a Toronto-based, self-produced, one-man band exploring different nuances of Traditional Metal, featuring a bunch of cool people. On drums, I've got Fabio Alessandrini (Annihilator, Bonfire, Lione's Rhapsody, Enforcer, Whiplash, etc). A few Brazilian guitar players, such as Rod Rodrigues and Victor Gueiros, have featured on solos. On vocals, I've got people from all over: the Greek beast Tasos Lazaris (Fortress Under Siege and Savage Grace), the Italian Valeriano di Zordo (Stargenesis and Agarthic - Frontiers Records), Ecuadorian Carolina Padrón (Tribus), and the upcoming track features the American multi-instrumentalist Samtar. The first three singles are straight-up Traditional Metal (Priest, King Diamond, Maiden, Accept), but on the last one started experimenting with other elements (in my mind, something like Tears for Fears meets metal). The upcoming one, 'Back to the Ocean', takes a completely different direction. I've added some Hammond organs, and Australian trumpeter Kelly O'Donohue joined me with a set of trombones and trumpets. All the released material so far is available on my KZread channel and all other digital platforms. If you're interested in checking out the next single firsthand, give me a shout, and I'll send you the link before the official release. Cheers! Stay heavy!

It's been near 5O years and they still hold that anger and resentment 🤦🏼 towards men who themselves at the time were not that much more mature themselves. Now considering the abuse they endured from others in the industry, I say move on and direct those feelings on those that DID actually abuse you, those that were the REAL SABOTEURS.

Saw Carlos Live in 1985 - 84 ? Quiet Riots Condition Critical tour with Whitesnake with John Sykes, opening at the Oakland Coliseum Carlos was fantastic, Rudy Sarzo was still in the band, DuBrow had already pissed off much of the L.A. metal community with his mouthy bitterness with all the new bands were getting signed so quickly in the 80s, as compared to QR long struggle from the 70s, but irregardless Carlos massively underrated and a Super Class act that he wouldn't continue in Ratt without Warren DeMartini. Great guy !

Loved attending this. I took a photo with Tim “Ripper” Owens, Sean “Hell Destroyer” Peck, Sean Elg, Dirk Verbueren, Sean McNabb, Bjorn Englen, Marc Ferrari, and Becky Baldwin. A very special part is I bought a drink for Sean Elg, Joacim Cans and Oscar Dronjak. An honor. Regrets? I didn’t take a photo with Chris Impelliterri, The Kings of Thrash, Carlos Cavazo, Mike Lopez, Sabastian Bach, and quite a few others.

I am a huge Stryper Fan! and I have NEVER felt Michael's lyrics were "Preach-y" at all! I think they would fit on the Priest bill especially the spiritual lyric direction Rob Halford has been taking on Invisible Shield, Priest were never satanic anyway.

Sniff, sniff... I mostly disagree with her accusations, but Cherie needs not to worry, Rush never performed in Poland and Geddy Lee badmouthed my country on My Effin' Life, pages 45, 46, 73, 80. Therefore, I do understand, why does she harbor some awful feelings towards Rush, which is my favorite band. I'm also a radical feminist, who is not willing to worship males, despite being conditioned to it. I do though share the way I look with Geddy Lee, possibly because I'm a bit related to him (my family came from same voivodeships as Geddy). BTW, "geddyimages" blocked me for not willing to pay him money, see my content. I described everything. Therefore I have zero chance to get to know, if Rush, esp. Geddy Lee who blocked me and Alex Lifeson are really awesome and "not like the other men" types. I sorta wanted to know them personally and to see if they would appreciate my music, despite me coming from Poland.

I like the old stuff, but it's the new stuff that really got me into Stryper.. Michael I would say to try to get into his word more often, as you mentioned these are the last days. Without knowing his word things will get harder determining the truth as the days get darker. Your also right we love the sinner but not the sin. But we will also need to take a stand on issues like LGBTQ as christians and no matter how hard you try to be careful you will be hated if you don't accept everything they push and this is not just the only issue but it's a big one. I don't think listening to a Satanic song is wise, his word says to avoid every appearance of evil. This is why it's important to know his word. I say this with all love and respect.

97, like the rest of the 90s, was bad for hard rock and metal because not just because the labels didn't support the music, and some bands jumped on the musical trends of the day, but the fans also just followed whatever was popular in mainstream radio, and on MTV. Worst abomination in the 90s,, the nu Hot Topic "metal ", 😂

I really liked Todd’s solo album quite a bit. But I hope he goes with a less sterile guitar tone. The last had that Slipknot sound which really has zero tone. No warmth or weight to it. He’s a Flotsam And Jetsam fan. That’s the tone I would go for. 🤘

I was listening to a lot of mainstream alt. rock back then. Lots of Soundgarden, Smashing Pumpkins, No Doubt, and White Zombie, but also Megadeth, Overkill, and Danzig. So new music from radio, older stuff on tape. Ok, I have to give Unleash the Beast another try. Wish Fu Manchu and Orange Goblin got a mention.
