Ive been looking for a just right flapjack recipe after a few disappointments. This one looks JUST RIGHT for me. The tip of the flour with the oats and brown sugar with the syrup butter is going to really give me the taste and texture I'm looking for. Many thanks cant wait to try.

Hello 👋 iI would just like to say. This is an excellent recipe, I've done flapjack in the past with mixed results, but this one is by far the best. I added little mini eggs and glacé cherries to the mix. I gifted squares to family members in little Easter boxes. They have been well received. Thank you for sharing . ❤
