Loaded Nachos And Wedges Platter | Nachos, Wedges, Cheese Sauce And Salsa At Home | Nacho Cheese
In this video I show you how to make homemade loaded nachos and wedges platter. This loaded nachos platter is great for party's and movie nights!
Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Diced Onion
½ Tsp Salt (To Taste)
½ Tsp Cumin Seeds
½ Tsp Garlic Granules
½ Tsp Ginger Powder
300g Mince Meat
1 Tsp Chilli Powder (To Taste)
1 Tsp Paprika
150ml Boiled Water
½ Tomato
½ Tsp Tomato Puree
½ Tsp Coriander Powder
½ Red Bell Pepper
Wedges - as required
Tortilla Chips - as required
Nacho Sauce:
20g Salted Butter
2 Tbsp Flour
200ml Milk
10 Cheese Slices - any cheese according to taste
½ Tsp Paprika
Toppings:
Jalapenos
Sweetcorn
Red onion
Tomato
Salsa
