Grilled Peri Peri Chicken With Spicy Rice | Nando's Spicy Rice Recipe | Easy Meal Prep Ideas
In this video I show you how to make Peri Peri chicken using Regal's Peri Peri Marinade. I also share with you a spicy rice recipe which would go perfectly with the chicken strips.
Peri Peri Chicken:
1kg Chicken Strips
¾ Tsp Salt
1 Cup Regals Peri Peri Marinade (If you don't have Regal's marinade, I have shared a homemade marinade recipe )
• Homemade Peri Peri Chi... - Peri Peri Marinade
Spicy Rice:
½ Cup Olive Oil
1 Large Onion - Diced
2 Tsp Salt
1 Cinnamon Stick
1 Bay Leaf
1 Black Cardamom
4 Cloves
10 Peppercorns
3 Garlic Cloves - Grated
1 Tomato
1 Tsp Tomato Puree
1 Tsp Turmeric
2 Tsp Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Paprika
1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
1 Red Bell Pepper
100g Green peas
2 Green Chillies
2 Tsp Cumin Powder
1 Litre - Boiled Water
500g Basmati Rice
