5:14 it must be nice to have a Sephora that is actually stocked up. I mostly buy online because my local Sephora carries so few brands. For some of the complexion products, they only have selected shades! This is so ridiculous. You go in-store to shade match yourself and they only have part of the line. Not because they are sold out, by choice! Whoever makes those business decisions cannot think things through.

The traffic at Sephora is now worse than pre-pandemic levels where I live. This is minimum wage jobs, so people working there cannot afford what they sell. The only reason they work there is they have too few options.
