I have the problem that I take a shower and begin my makeup without knowing what I’m going to wear. Or I change outfits and then am stuck with an eye color that doesn’t match. So often I wear basic brown on eyes.

But I believe she refers mostly to a glam look - that’s when you know what you’ll wear, and that’s when it’s more important. For everyday look we all wear simpler makeup, just like you said - something basic and it goes with everything.

What I do is prep my skin first for make-up including lid primer, color corrector and face primer and while that’s drying down I pick out what I’m going to wear. Then I know which eye look to go with and the rest follows.

Love the earring so much that I got them as a Christmas gift. I cannot wait to wear them and will be using some of the outfit and makeup looks to accompany them! I have my eye on another pair with stones. Bravo. Thank you.
