NIce lauch. For those watching though, don't start the motor on the ground like this. As they say, "on your back or on a rack". If the motor goes to full power, there's a decent chance you'll end up chopping parts of your body off.

I’m not sure I’m with you taking off over open water like that. Or did it only look like it because of the viewing angle? I’m concerned because if you end up in the water due to a loss of power or unexpected wind shift as in your cornfield takeoff, your paramotor could drag you under faster than than you can release the harnesses. Please be careful, brother!

Noise cancellation is great! I picked up my SmokePPG headset recently and I'm still waiting to use it for the first time. We haven't had many good flying days here in the Pacific Northwest this years so far.
