I planted one Asiatic lily last year and it didn't bloom. This June 2024 it did bloom with five buds. Two more lilies grew from the first lily, but the two new lilies likely won't bloom this year as I don't see any buds on them. Is that typical? Had I known how beautiful the Asiatic lily was, I would have planted at least a dozen of them last year. This spring I did plant ten more.
@nomadimitri17 күн бұрын
Don't worry: just follow the instructions on the video and you will keep getting more and more. It's ok if they don't flower the first year, they are building up their reserves. Remember: it's what's below ground that is key.

You are wrong, ancient Macedonians were not greek. Proof of this statement is found with the Hellenic League. Philip, after defeating the last of the major greek tribes at Chaeronea in 338 BC and formed the Hellenic League, his own country of Macedon was not a member of that League. Why; because Macedonians were not hellenes, ie greek. Even ancient greeks like Demosthenes claimed Macedonians were not greek. If you read Demosthenes "On the Crown", Book XVIII, Sect 185 he calles Philip a man of a FOREIGN RACE. In Demosthenes "Philippic III", Sect 31 he says Philip "is not only no greek, nor related to the greeks". In Plutarch's "Life of Demosthenes" Chapter 27, Sect 3, Demosthenes wants to evict the Macedonians from greece. This was never ever said to another greek tribe, not even the Spartans and they were backed financially and allied with Persians. It was said because Macedonians were not greek.And lets not forget Arrian when he talks of the racial rivalry between the Macedonians and the greeks. I could go on and on, by I am getting tired of all this typing.
