    I’ve been given one of them by a nutritionist who insisted I follow it when I told him it didn’t work he didn’t believe me as he said I was loosing weight. I said yes I am and then told him I was following you his response shocked me. He said oh I can’t openly agree with him but between you and me he’s 100% correct

    Make sure your garlics from Spain or Italy, not China , it’s grown through sewer water all Chinese garlic is sewer grown for speed , land drainage water fed into the Garlic fields 🤮🤮👍👍🇬🇧

    Remember, bulking is not eating junk food. Bulking is eating just as cleanly as you would on a cut, except you simply eat more of it. Up your carb intake, up your healthy fats intake. You don't need to increase protein much on a bulk. An extra ~300 calories over your maintenance every day is perfectly enough to coax the body into building muscles maximally. Up to 500 if you really wanna be safe. An ideal bulk should be a weight gain of about half a pound per week. If you gain a pound per week or over, dial it back. You're gaining fat too fast and that will mean ending the bulk early when you could have made a lot more gains had you gone slower.
