This information bs I lost weight without cutting carbohydrates. Losing weight is all about being in a caloric deficit you not suppose to restrict carbs. Your body needs carbohydrates for energy to function properly just like your body needs fat and protein to function. Now the quality of food you eat depends on the person some people eat completely clean organic food some don’t. That’s another topic for optimal health but for pure weight loss all you need is a caloric deficit. You can still eat rice and fruit and maintain that deficit. I did it and I do it everyday so I know this garbage 🗑️

Stay away from: 1. Sugar. Fruit also has sugar, cereal has sugar. Stored energy keeps fat storage to be used at a later time (fat storage) 2. Bread. Breaks down to sugar and is also stored in the body for later use (fat storage) 3. Rice. Breaks down to sugar and is stored for later use. (Fat storage). 4. Low fat products. Do not buy them as they are not real food and not good for your gut. 5. Fruit & Honey. Fruit is sugar. Honey is like Fructose & glucose. Both are stored for later use (fat storage) 6. Whey protein which is a chemical protein made in a lab and it’s synthetic w no nutrients and causes your body to store energy (fat storage).

@@Dad_Life_Marine_Vetnot necessarily all true, in principle yes but having a very low carb diet forces your body to burn fat for fuel. Yes it’s calories in vs calories out but also low carbs works better. Your body naturally burns glucose and carbs for fuel (not fat). When carbs aren’t available, your body starts to break down fat stores in your body into ketones to fuel you which results in more fat loss. That’s why these keto diets are so popular. And eddies always talking about high fats etc and how fats are good for you etc, keto diets are very low almost no carbs high fats

The body has no mechanism to convert dietary fat into human fat. Only with sugar it can, since insulin can only transport glucose to cells. You can even increase weight by being calorie deficient too. By eating all sugar. Insulin sends a portion of it to fat cells (making you fatter) and your body responds by making you feel exhausted, so you burn less energy. Fatter and feeling like s**t to boot.

I eat wild rice and I have been wanting to try black rice so I will give it a go. I only knew that about whey protein as it came up in my intolerance test to avoid. I knew about berries being the best fruit for fat loss but I thought citrus fruits were also good for fat loss. I didn't know that they were bad for blood sugar levels because I thought the high fibre in citrus fruits lowered blood sugar levels. Your video has been so helpful 😊

Eating rice isn't the problem. You need to move more. It's calories in vs calories out. Bottom line. To lose weight you must be in a Caloric Deficit. It doesn't matter what you eat as long as you meet your daily caloric goal. Track what you eat if you want to lose weight. Understand your macros. (Protein, Fats & Carbs)

Sugar isn’t atomatically bad. The question is more importantly the quantity. Also compare the consumption of a apple to candy. They both have sugar right? Well the apple has fiber and nutrients and the candy does not. Well the apple is not going to spike your blood augar like the candy because the nutrients slow the absorption of the sugars. The candy has no nutrients so it will cause a sudden unhealthy spike in blood sugar. How much sugar are you ingesting and what are your activity levels? Those are very important questions in this discussion of losing visceral fat deposits
