    1. Meal frequency (1-2 meals starting at 12pm-1pm) 2. Cut out all sugar (if losing fat is goal) 3. Cut out all carbs (only asparagus or sprouts) 4. Eat healthy fats (low fat foods are a no go) 5. Change your lifestyle (what made you fat in the first place)

Even if it's water weight if they continue on that path you will loose fat as well. I was on a diet and I had carbs and all just to a lower extent than I was used to and I lost 8 pounds in 5 days however by working out and eating like that I lost 2t pounds slowly.

Abs are built in the gym, but revealed in the kitchen. Six pack = low body fat + hypertrophy of abdominal muscles. You need both, not one of the two. You need to train your abs hard in every training session and cut at the same time. Proper nutrition + smart training + supplements (if you've got the extra money) will get you there. Fix your diet first: cut out all junk / processed foods and start eating whole, nutrient-dense foods that support metabolic / gut health. Use progressive overload and focus on multi-joint exercises. Sit-ups, leg raises, and crunches are some of the best exercises for building the abs. If you are a lifter seriously interested in aesthetics / performance / strength, go study Old-School bodybuilding. Old-School bodybuilders were ingenious physique architects. They had a profound knowledge of the principles of proper nutrition, smart supplementation, exercise science, and muscle adaptability. Combining Old-School bodybuilding wisdom with modern, evidence-based science is the best, safest, most effective way to achieve a strong, sexy, healthy, and aesthetic physique. "Vintage Physique" by George Kelly is a nice read on the topic.

This is fascinating to me, I have suffered with gastritis and acid reflux since I was in my early 20s, mostly stress related, the doctors recommend “little and often”, it doesn’t work for me. Since seeing these videos, for the last week, I’ve been eating one meal a day, maybe 2 slices of whole grain bread, toasted and well buttered, mash an avocado up, spread it on there, half per slice, 4 poached eggs, 2 per slice, and the key ingredient is lots and lots of ground black pepper, honestly, if you are afraid of avocados, just do this, you can’t even taste them over the egg and pepper, fantastic wholesome meal, less than 15 minutes. Since I have learned to give my gut a rest for 3/4 of the day, and just give it a break and only one meal to think about digesting, it has healed massively, don’t believe what the doctors say folks, you regulate your own body, find your own way

That’s a very low calorie diet bro, your body need food. protein to repair the muscle, or maybe you don’t exercise just cutting to get lean. You can easily put in some chicken Breast more eggs, potatoes and sometimes yam to your diet. It will help you build muscle as you lose weight. I hope this helps.

I remember other health people say eat small things during the day rather than one big meal, i used to eat 2 massive meals a day for many decades but the last 6 months i eat much smaller meals twice a day & feel so much better without being lethargic! I was always nodding off around lunch time but eat before noon (big meal) then eat again about 6pm (Big meal). But it all changed with much smaller portions with various fruit & veg incl the odd tiny snack of banana, tomato or a carrot! I've cut out A LOT on bread too! I also don't eat ANYTHING till noon. This guy is spot on! But my weak point is still sugar,i have honey with sugar in my coffee thou 😞

I am 40 and fat. Over the years I have had periods of dieting and losing massive amounts of weight. Once I went from 18 st to 9 st, more recently from 17 st to 9.5 st. Now I am 15.5 st again. I was always obsessed with calories and ignored the micronutrient information regarding the foods I was eating. I would read the labels, but only from a calories point of view. Most of my exercise was cardiovascular I.e. jogging and cycling. I found I was always hungry and tired. I had days where I'd have to force myself to train. I had days where I felt light headed and dizzy. So maintaining these diets was impossible. I would eventually burnout and eat non foods rich in sugar and pile on the pounds. I treat every bit of healthy eating advice with a deal of scepticism, but what you are saying makes real sense to me. From now on I am going to avoid sugar as though it is the plague. I am going to read the ingredients label thoroughly. I am not going to worry about eating 3 or 4 meals a day. I am going to follow your advice. I'm not even going to allow my wife to call me sugar, not that she ever does..😂 Cheers Eddie!

This is no nonsense information right here therefore I agree with everything you said. I would also like to point out that the pancreas is designed to raise insulin up to twice a day ideally, that’s why experts say that you shouldn’t eat anything for 4 hours after waking up in the morning and like 4 hours before going to bed and NO SNACKS IN BETWEEN. Keep up informing people so that they get healthy in a informed way. Thank you!

I’ve also struggled a lot with restrictive dieting and disordered eating so I don’t want to do anything too drastic right now. I will say that I’ve been feeling worlds better already and I’m only about a week in. For someone who have you wait trains pretty much first thing in the morning, what is your suggestion if my first meal isn’t until after noon? Do you think I’ll get used to working out on an empty stomach? I typically can’t train that way and feel like I have no energy. Any thoughts?

So...im a competitive cyclist,i am 63 i am 85 kilos and carry a bit of fat around my waste, but am at the higher end of being reasonably good.So...how do i get energy to complete a fast 50 mile ride if i cant have any sugar or fruit? Yes too much insulin can give you bad sleeping patterns frequent urination etc etc but what is a happy medium for me?

Maybe increase your protein and reduce the white carbs. If you have fat around your waste and you a Cyclist. There must be some imbalance somewhere. Are your portions too big? Are you drinking? Are you sleeping enough ? Can you add slight weight lifting to your training. Can you swap you sugary fruits to more blueberries? Can you have a heavy densed veggie soup with protein to have the calories you need for exercise. How often are you training. In your down time can you cut down on calories? Is this fullt time cycling?

Thanks for sharing. I am not a Dr, but I would swap the Banana /Strawberry and just do Blueberry and Raspberry, beetroot (better insulin sugar than banana) with pure Almond butter ( blended almonds) and Chia seeds (soak overnight) NO PROTEIN POWDER!! I would cut down the water significantly and increase my blueberry smoothie intake.(PURE BLUEBERRIES, NOTHING ADDED) You really do not need all that water. @@davemellor4697 Swap baby potatoes for sweet potatoes.
