Construction of homes and of the worlds best pizza. I'm a general contractor with a love of great tomato pie. During the day run construction job sites and document repairs and building techniques. On the weekends, I retreat to my kitchen and crank out some seriously great pizza. This unusual channel shares both of my loves.

Bad camera work.
We were so excited to fix our leaking outdoor faucet with the help of your video. Thanks, Daniel!
Awesome job!
great video -- thanks for doing this!!
Video would have been pretty useful if you would have stood back so we could see where this stuff actually is Give us a full view of the inside
You're doing so many things there incorrectly it's unbelievable
nice job, one question If you have a drain and trap under the water heater in case it fails the p trap is dry. Wont sewer gas come up in to the room?
just fill it up no problem
Just fyi you are incorrect in your description on your steel the first number is the size the second number is the weight per foot. Not gauge of material.
Excellent thanks for the upload
This wouldn't pass down here in texas. No way.
These anti-siphon valves are the worst thing ever if you use a pressure washer/foam canon to wash your cars. They introduce lots of air into every device hooked to the faucet and create havoc all along the way. They waste expensive soap and lots of time in to process. I want to tear this mechanism out of my sill cock. How did we ever survive without these "great" ideas.
We don’t have rotten egg smell. We have like a musty smell will this work on our well water ??
New home basement rough ins for tube, sink and toilet is venting not needed? I don't have a vent rough in. Is it not needed being these rough ins are last in the system with a low level drain to septic system?
How come you did not put that 3x3x2 wye so much closer to that 90° off the w.c. you could have saved on so much pipe material?
I have that exact same fridge but dont know the name or model of it . any chance you could let me know . ive been looking for the location of the defrost timer but no luck
Does chlorine work in drinking water?
👍 👍 👍 👍 👍
most definately helpful. having never seen a real layout, it simplifies it so much vs diagrams.
WHAT'S WITH THE BORDER????
You have a great way of complicating what isnt actually complicated. What is required, is to have a registered surveyor establish the lot corners. Then with a plot plan showing the exact home location on the lot, along with a set of the home plans, a qualified home builder can set up what are called batter boards. Which establish all the corners of the home as well as floor levels. The batter boards are offset from the actual corners so as to not be damaged by the excavation process, and will be used for the excavation, and all foundation work, after which they are no longer required. As for the elevation of the floor level with regard to the street level, the street in this instance was already in place. So using a distant bench mark isnt necessary or even advisable, just use the actual street level in front of the house. In subdivisions where streets are not yet in place, the surveyor can while staking the lot corners also place a stake with a benchmark for the street elevation. And thats all the builder will need for his work.
I put in a frost free bib in feb. but had the water off...I turned on the water for the first time in April !! I keep resetting the anti siphon BUT IT KEEPS LEAKING!!
That’s disgusting that the poor turtle is in that tiny tank. This guy needs to do some research and get with the times on turtle housing 😒
I appreciate your help!
Fail and I would pull your license
Floor drain is not vented, when the water rushes by it will suck out the trap , who is making these videos dam it
Fail, didn’t roll the wye above center line
Hey man so I have an acre that I want to build my house on. What would be the first thing to do as far as permits go?
Can u redo this video. Can't hear instructions
👍💥👍👍
This is for "your" faucet lol. Ppl make vids and know what they know, but just enough to mislead majority.....there are many different styles. They are NOT standardized, and not all caps pop off !! Some screw off, some pop off and some are permanently made on and Don come off at all.
Vert Nice work
hello...I hope this is your video...I definitely need serious answers on this sewer project....Do the house builders themselves install this septic tank or is there an outside company that does this? thank you....I have or there was a situation going on and there were two different checks written out ..I can;t go on on what happened here...My BIL is a POA and he and his wife I think has done some shadey crap...its a long story...but i hope you see my comment and can please help me...thank you so very much
Nice work. new sub Where is the cleanout
Floor drain needs to vent also
Same problem
*I am thinking to use a 5 inches schedule 80 for underground plumbing under the basement floor. So that I would, hopefully, never have to dig the basement floor to deal with broken or narrow pipes. Cost doesn't bother me. Are there any other drawbacks to this idea?* *We originally had 3 inches iron pipe under the basement floor and had a nightmare with the kitchen drain that clogged it with grease and all under the basement floor. I don't wanna deal with it again.*
Water closets are trapped but you can either closet 90 or long sweep 90 hope the sewer gas isn’t to bad inside your home
Just so you know this is so not how it should be done. Drilling is not tech demanding but can be very dangerous. With moving augers and cat head (the thing he put his rope on to lift the hammar) it only takes a second to lose a body part or even a life. Please Please Please be very careful if doing soil tests.
Can I do the soil test my self
I wish one of these videos would show inside top hole. Is there anything down there? I don't see how the plunger sets up. Mine falls down.
How to vent in kitchen waste sink? Independent or together bathroom?
in my well its smelling like deadbody 🤮 and i don't know why nobody smelling it except me.
What about low water pressure
I would NEVER air test PVC pipe, because it can explode, causing serious injury or death. That's not a code thing, and it's not my opinion, it's a fact. Granted, it's only under 5 PSIG here, so it's only a little bit risky. But, why tempt fate at all, and why risk misleading or confusing people about the considerable danger? Sorry to criticize, it's a safety thing.
No whispering allowed.
Now i need the NEXT video in the hose bib series you said was NEXT
Only 2"Pipe comes whith 1/4 Buble level the 3 inches Pipe hora whit 1/8 Buble level
Lol. "When its done, its done. Don't ask stupid questions".
How do you know how deep to dig your trench
ate a whole box high af
