    Good Quality machine . I don’t like the idea of cheap plastic on those other machines either . Do know what temperature it brews the coffee ?

    Overall we like our Maytag Commercial washer. However, we have two issues. 1) Clothes are getting bleach stained if washed after a previous bleach wash. It's as if the but doesn't rinse out all the bleach. Any comments regarding this issue are welcomed. 2) Seems to go off balance quite easily. It would be nice if the machine would stop and warn us when it is off balance and allow us to redistribute the load. The washer tends to attempt to spin even though it is jumping around. It finally gives up and finishes the load, with sopping wet laundry. If we redistribute the load after this and run a drain and spin, they will come out alright. Do I need to replace the springs holding the tub? The washer is still quite new.

    About 10 years ago I bought the home version of this coffee maker (with a thermal carafe ). It has been an excellent coffee maker and it is used every day, often multiple pots per day (5 adults at home). I am very pleased with my machine. I think the home brewer pulls less power, but it probably still adds a few bucks/month of electricity.

    lol, thats perfect oil and you probably flodded the carb with gas. Plus why not use the drain plug?

  • @chrisw.3077
    @chrisw.3077Ай бұрын

    Why would I want to get oil all over my deck when I can just tilt the mower on its side, unscrew a cap, and let it harmlessly run out into a drain pan? As far as gas in the oil, how would I have flooded the carb? This thing starts on the first pull every time and the carb is on the opposite end of the mower than the side facing downward. Think about what you are writing before you write it.

    Do you have video of you running the dryer? We think ours might be a little loud. Also, does your washer sway a bit? Can we see a video of both machines running through their cycles separately?

    Well I think that was water in that change you can see the washer at the bottom of the pan. if it was oil you wouldn't be able to see it. Motors bulletproof🤔

    Thanks for such a great video. I've been debating this vs the SQ or GE COmmercial this week since we need to replace. Is deep water the only way to fill the washer with water? I only care about washing my clothes well and having things actually get covered with soap and detergent. Seems like you are happy with your purchase.

    BGW was the workhorse of the road sound company I worked for through the late 70's to 80's. They are solid and road worthy. I have never seen the digital style meter on the old ones. Normally the face was just blank metal rack mount. You probably have a 200/400w bridgeable. If it is like those old school ones - she will thump.

    Good luck with that. I have this set and besides tearing up clothes and towels to the point I washed everything on Delicate, it dumped brown water all over the laundry room floor. Technician said the brown was transmission fluid and the overflow may or may not be solved by new struts for $490. No way to add more transmission fluid, so he recommended Speed Queen. Ir's finally being delivered in a few days. Can't wait.

  • @Kindlyone777

    Did you leave out the filter screen washers that r attached to the hoses? I saw a video where the individual purposely left out the screen washers so the tub would fill faster. I’m wondering what is the purpose of the filters? Is it to slow down water pressure, prevent small things from back washing? In my old LG it did prevent pebbles and dog hair from back washing. It gave me an error code and I had to unscrew the hoses and clean out the filter. I’m wondering if leaving them out would void the warranty. Have you tried washing a king size heavy comforter? If so, did it get satisfactorily cleaned? Did it get thoroughly wet and then spun to just damp? What settings do you use on your comforters? Have you had any mold issues? What do you do to maintain it clean and properly working? What cleaning products do you use to clean the inside, outside and rubber gaskets? I just recently purchased this set and waiting for the delivery. Thank you!

    The only really noteworthy addition to this would be to have the driver fully wrapped in plastic wrap…I think is just behind protecting the face of the driver with a rigid board, because it protects the cone from anything entering the basket from behind. Like when you have vintage drivers with an attached L-pad or anything else. Also if those peanuts were placed directly on top of the driver, there will definitely be peanuts in between the basket and cone when unpacked. They usually don’t do damage, but you don’t want any foreign objects in there touching cone, or the fine VC wires. Had a speaker arrive from Germany yesterday with peanuts lodged in there, and I had to carefully remove with tweezers.

    Can you add more water to the cycles? That's my biggest complaint about home vs commercial front-load washers: commercial has clearly more water in the tub and the clothes are fully submerged vs barely moist with the residential ones.

    I picked up this same set used about 4 months ago for $500 to donate to the local animal shelter. It had been used by a family of 7 and was in really good shape. Today (2024-01027) the washer is sitting in my garage while I'm waiting for a basket drive hub and a set of vibration snubber straps to arrive. I'm impressed with the unit overall. The original drive hub is a known issue, and the shelter has a serious problem with overloading machine. They wash large loads of blankets and towels, so I'm not surprised the drive hub stripped out. What they really need is something like you'd find in a coin op, hospital, or prison laundry. Not sure why one of the snubber straps broke, but I'll replace all 4 since it's already opened up. Meanwhile, my Whirlpool washer and dryer built in 1995 and that I bought used for $100 in 2004 continue to operate flawlessly, with the washer only needing a lid interlock switch in all that time.

    Thank you Chris! I just bought a VP 17 Series 3, second-hand. I was super excited, but sadly cant get it to work. The problem is that I fill up the reservoir but water never comes out the spout. When the reservoir is full, the water just starts to leak out of the sides of the machine. Is the spout obviously plugged somewhere, or am I making a mistake somehow? Thanks for any insight!
