  Just going to say it in case you don't know. If you have the shits, in the U.S they have all kinds of stuff they want to sell you. In Europe a lot of people use: "activated charcoal tablets". I am sure it is available there. It works fast and helps restore the gut quite naturally. You can buy it under all kinds of brand names.
