Thanks Mr Hansen for the intro and view of the snowy mountains, it reminded me of my childhood growing up in a small village 220 people (roughly) stuck between two mountains and we did have a lot of snow back then. The challenge seems delicious and yummie too. Really well done on the challenge by both of you Misters.

Wow Wyoming looked STUNNING!!!! I live on the North West coast of the Uk so we don't get to see much snow, we do get a nice view of the mountains across the bay covered in snow but I'd love a few days of deep smooshy snow a year to play in with my kiddos! I love root beer floats, always did as a kid. I’m more partial to ketchup because not everyone creates their fry sauce the same. I get Big Mac sauce types for my fry sauce but some are too sugary cause they don’t have any vinegar element in them. I like dill relish in my sauce. 😉

Never had Yak, but just made a meatloaf with 1/2 bison and beef. Really good.

I like the fry sauce too
