Joel, you’re literally the only food challenger that actually makes me WANT the food you’re eating. You defy physics and make it look like you’re enjoying every single bite. INSANE! ❤

You know the meat is good when the "Careless Whisper" song starts playing!!😂🤣😂😂😂

The secret to fall off the bone ribs- slow cooking , carful wrapping in foil, even heat . personally ill wrap mine in foil but also add some pineapple juice or apple juice , or cherry juice . then tightly wrap the ribs , slow cook for 4 to 6 hours over smoke and briquettes. turning as needed ( bout every two hours depending on the size of the rack ) the last hour , i unwrap , and start basting with my sauce turning every 20 minutes and saucing making sure the crust is even .

I had a Ole timer teach me how to make ribs that falls off the bone, he had a restaurantin my small Southern town for years. I boil the in salt and vinegar water on medium for 30 minutes, then use maple rub and smoke them with cherry wood for 4-6 hours flipping them every 30-45 minutes. While their in the smoker I coat them with a homemade BBQ that includes vinegar, mustard, brown sugar, lemon juice and I add Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce.

Also if you really want to up your BBQ sauce game add some Chipotle Peppers to the sauce it really adds a nice Smoky flavor...

I have seen this one before, but it's always interesting to watch him eat.

Other eaters are just fed up towards the end. I love the way he is delighted by the food to the last bite

I never met Joel but he's amazing the way he dominates food challenges this guy is unbelievable i love him he's an inspiration to me he has a humble spirit

Those ribs are how I remember them as a kid at picnics and bbqs. Today most places outside of Texas have overpriced scanty ribs with little meat or flavor.

I could probably take down the chicken and pickles. 😮😮😮
