I just started indoor cycling and it's been fun. My butt isn't allowing me to pedal more than 45 minutes at a time, though 😂 resulting in around 18-19km per day and around 600+ calories. But I allow myself a day's rest once a week. Two, if necessary. However, it is quite boring already, even when watching TV and stuff. Should probably get a treadmill as well to mix things up and have some nice long walks. 😁
The weight loss might have been muscle, considering you were just doing more cardio?? Idk. All i know is you kept it real, and I enjoyed the video.

This is motivating me to go and try competitive swimming seems a lot of fun. My dad is a professional freediver and has a lot of trophies so maybe he can teach me a thing or two. But thanks for motivating me🙌🏻

Great video. My story is similar. Swimmer from 8-16, came back in college years, then quit for a while then on and off thru the years. Trying to get back at it consistently and I found your video. I turn in 50 in 2 days and I want to be able to swim ironman distance in less than 1 hr by the end of the yr.

When I worked at the USPS in 2016 I started with like 210 pounds 4 months later I went down to like 167 pounds. I honestly thought I was sick lol, I left the post office and went back to the 200s. I am walking on my own again best thing ever to lose weight.

When I worked in the warehouse. it was something like Amazon but less automated, I walked 25 000 steps a day for 2 years.
I want to increase muscle on my legs 🦵🏻. I'm a female with thin legs if I do leg work outs and bike riding would I make them bigger or shrink them?.. People tell me to not do cardio and bike riding its cardio because I'm not going to see results on my lower body.
